Ty, Mike, and the whole staff are courteous, professional, attentive, and prompt. Most importantly, i receive good advice from the team. I am just an individual client. I feel like they care. The best agent in Texas! Ty is incredibly knowledgeable and is always available when we need him. The office has a relaxing atmosphere and his staff is always willing to go above and beyond. We've always felt like a priority as clients and State Farm has taken good care of us.

Ty is an awesome insurance guy I’ve been with him for almost 4 years now since going through him getting auto insurance, and he helped me earlier today over the phone getting my Term Life insurance policy application going. He called me back after I left a voicemail and we had a great conversation. I recommend him for any of your insurance needs and protection.

Many excellent words come to mind when I try to describe Ty....Responsive, fast, smart, friendly are just a few. We now use Ty for our auto insurance, life insurance, home insurance, jewelry insurance, umbrella insurance, classic car insurance and then we also used him on our home mortgage and on our last auto mortgage as State Farm Bank has had very competitive rates. However, competitive rates are just one decision factor. To me, customer service is even more important than price as I want to have someone that will walk me through my options, explain coverages to me and answer my questions. Not only does Ty do all of those things, but he excels at all of those things and he is extremely quick as well. If you are in the market for an insurance agent, YOUR SEARCH IS OVER, as Ty Donovan is your man. I guarantee that if you give him a shot, you will NOT be disappointed at all. I spoke with Ty to set up renter's insurance and he was kind and very knowledgeable/helpful at explaining the different components to the insurance plan and how they compare to offers from other companies that I was considering. He was prompt at fulfilling the plans we made and ensured that the insurance plan was set up properly to work with my apartment complex.

I’ve been with Tyler for 3 years now. The products I have invested in are a gem!! Tyler took the time to educate me on the product and its benefits. Not to mention how patient he was with the amount of questions I have. Whenever I have needed him, he has always been available or at least accessible.
