I shopped around for a cataltaltyic converter in this area and most shops wanted to charge me for a diagnostic even though I already knew what was wrong with my car and had documentation of it. Other shops insisted I replace all 3 of my catalytic converters even though I only needed one replaced. The Tire Store gave me a fair price quote and repair same day without having to pay for another diagnostic. They also did an oil change and state inspection. I plan to bring all my cars here for all their maintenance. Highly recommend.

After visiting many Ford dealerships, who wouldn’t take a look at my escape, why the AC heater stopped working and why the engine light came on, I visited Tire Shop Service Center after being referred by an AutoZone associate. Omar here was very helpful in checking under the hood, and confirmed that the Antifreeze/Coolant is empty. They checked that there was a damaged pipe, and order the part from Ford website. Jose fixed the car today, the engine light is off and heater started working. All employees in the Coppell store are helpful and understanding. Thank you for bearing with me whole day, JJ and Alladin ?

Honest work for a reasonable price. They don't try to sell you on anything you don't need like the dealerships or the corporate service shops tend to do. Definitely will be bringing my car back here.

Amazing experience! I went there for alignment after changing the suspension. After the alignment something was wrong with the direction, came back immediately with them to ask about the alignment. The manager (his name is Oman) drive the car and detected a loose screw from the repair. He told me to come back after repairing the issue with the other mechanics for a realign with no additional cost. Also I bought 4 tires with them because they have reasonable prices and just because they deserve it for such a professional treatment. Highly recommended for tire services!!
