Okay, so SEI shipped the hardware to me via FedEx. So I assembled my $300 cabinet in about 2 hours on a Saturday. Everything fits just right. But the instructions had some vague drawings. I took drafting (aka, mechanical drawing) in high school, and the drawings lacked proper details. The cabinet was easy to build, but also easy to make mistakes.

Terrible customer service and product issues. I ordered three chairs and two of the three chairs came with two right arms and no left arms and they are not interchangeable. Clearly they have quality issues. Customer service is dismissive and conveniently, won't have the part is stock for four months with no way to put me on a list or notify me when they're available. Placed all burden on customer versus being helpful. I will not order products they supply ever again.

My mother board went out on my fireplace insert. Called the company. They had a replacement in stock. I paid for it and received it in two days. I'm a happy camper on these cold mornings. Thank you Southern Enterprises!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING YOU HAVE TO PUT TOGETHER. My simple curio cabinet (corner, little) came in a million pieces. Their directions had pictures only. You literally need to be an engineer to put it together. I called the company to have someone help me, and they blew me off. I will never ever buy from them again.

I ordered a light fixture from Houzz and had to return it because it was too big for the space. I contacted Houzz and they told me to send it to Southern Enterprises . I would pay a restocking fee. I sent it back according to the directions and included the RA number. I do not have a tracking number because the receipt it was on was lost. I contacted Southern Enterprises as did Houzz and spoke to the receptionist who was very rude and unhelpful.
