Buy from Amazon or staples. Quill will just not fill orders and promise a credit back.....but never tell you they can't actually fill your order so you think supplies are on the way.Not worth the nightmare.

Been using quill for a couple of years but lately their WATCO local delivery is horrible. Claims the address was wrong, doesn't deliver. Something that is supposed to receive in 1-2 days takes WATCO local delivery 7 days to deliver. On the tracking it will keep saying "missed delivery" - clearly he can't do his job correctly. You just lost a customer.

I don't recommend them as I have business accounts with other major vendors like Uline etc... but Quill denied me opening up a business account stating because I'm having to drop ship my order to a home address. Well clearly due to the pandemic alot of people are working from home instead of the physical office. Well they have lost my Staffing Firm as a client.

My company has been ordering from Quill for a few years now. I literally cut a check the second we order something and still they constantly say we owe them money or are past due. Also sometimes lose our payments and it takes me over a week to track down the copy of checks from corporate. Was told our checks were being applied to a different company with our name then someone tells me there's no other company using us with our name. They never know what they're doing. Looking for a new supply company because after spending so much with them it's just not worth the headache anymore when you're supposed to make our job easier.

A rep came into my company yesterday constantly saying how we should switch from Staples to them. Talking about how much we would save on cost of office supplies. Never heard of the company before and she didnt even have a business card. She took me to the website told me to create an account which i had no interest on doing. Once it came down to her needing payment information. I let the rep know that i would not just make such a huge transition knowing we've never had issues with Staples at all. She was very pushy once i told her we would pass. Its not needed and was very unprofessional.

They are constantly harassing us to switch from Staples to their company I have a different rep come through each week and it's getting old. I've heard the pitch many different times and I wish they would stop.

I am a business owner and believe that once an order confirmation is sent to the customer along with tracking information, expected delivery date, shipment method, order number, etc then it is understood that the seller has acknowledged and accepted your order. Where does Quill's liability end and mine begin? I placed the order, recieved an initial email for the order, then the order confirmation with shipping and tracking information. My credit card was charged for the amount (later credited) and I had no reason to believe that there was a problem. No contact was made to me to explain the situation via email or telephone. The order was simply erased with no communication. Now Quill has removed my order from their system and is acting like it never happened. Had I not contacted them, they would have continued to act as if the order never happened. I have attached a copy of the order confirmation as proof that the order was acknowledged and accepted. This is bad business and I would never treat my customers in the same irresponsible manner that Quill has displayed. I believe in honesty and integrity in business practice and an upset that Quill Corporation disregards both of these qualities as unimportant.
