The staff were very friendly and the wait wasn't too long. I would HIGHLY recommend making an appointment beforehand. I got turned away the first time I went as a walk in, but I was in and out with my appointment the next day. The woman was very quick and did the blood draw well. I normally bruise really bad but the way she did it, I barely felt it.

Quest claimed the Doctors office did not send over the blood draw order. I called my Doctors office and they said they did send it over.
Fortunately, they were able to send it over again and I was able to do the blood draw but it cost an hour of my time.
Staff was very friendly and professional. They told me it could have been an issue with the Doctors office software or Quests software. I asked the staff if there was any way I could check to make sure they received the Blood Draw Order prior to my visit. They said that was not possible.
This is the second time this has happened to me.

I visit the Coppell location twice, and my sample was compromised. Each visit I received a call or message stating that my specimen was hemolytic. As I sat and watched the tech draw my blood at the second visit I could tell it would not be a viable sample. Sure enough I was told that my second sample could not be processed, and was further made to feel as if it was my fault because I was dehydrated. I have been in the medical field for over twenty years, and I know enough to be well hydrated before a blood draw. The samples were compromised because of a bad draw, the first time I had my blood drawn I can see the needle was not the correct size and during the second visit it was just an overall bad draw. I am looking into going elsewhere to have my labs drawn.

Starting with the positive, I had scheduled an appointment, so I didn’t have to wait, and the process was quick. For someone who is super scared of needles and often has a hard time finding veins, it was better than my previous experiences.
However, the Phlebotomist "MARGIE" lacked knowledge of customer service. Her behavior was not up to standard. She responded rudely, showed attitude, and did not communicate well . I hope she feels better and shows more compassion towards her job, as it might help her as well to have a more positive day

Person took me instantly as a walk-in :) Very welcoming, friendly, professional, personable, compassionate, listened, efficient, organized, respectful, caring, trustworthy, nonjudgmental, empowering, quick w/stick, not rushed, decreased my anxiety, calming, described procedure, understanding & performed high standards of care!! Great representative for Quest! Deserves a award for Top Service to Customers as I would love to come come back to her :) :) :)
