When we found ourselves suddenly moving to DFW one of my biggest concerns was how could we find a daycare we loved as much as our last one? How could I leave my babies with people I didn’t even know? Primrose of Coppell stood out among everywhere we toured. As soon as I walked in we felt the warmest welcome. The day I toured Ms. Orozco showed me around and was so friendly and happily answered all my questions about what my three little ones would do and learn. What I was most nervous about was leaving my 4 month old but as soon as I met Ms. Maria, Ms. Iommi and Ms. Taji all my fears lifted. They were so so sweet and I knew they would take such good care of my baby.A year and a half later and we have only had wonderful experiences with all the classrooms and teachers and the admin staff. They are all positive, friendly people who really love the kids and want to create a wonderful environment for them. My 5 year old went to kindergarten more than ready and our two other little ones are absolutely thriving in the preschool classes. There are many other daycares (including primroses) that would be closer to our house but we can’t imagine leaving the wonderful people at Primrose of Coppell.

I have been a teacher with Primrose schools for almost 5 years but more recently I was giving the opportunity to move up to management. When I started with management I moved to this Primrose location and it has been the best thing to happen to my career. I love walking in every morning greeted with smiles by the whole staff including my fellow directors. The families of this school have been so kind, warm and welcoming to me since I joined their community. I have learned so much in just a short time and I am so excited to continue learning and growing at Primrose School of Coppell!

My son attended Primrose for two months when he was four years old, he didn't speak a word of English and the strangeness of it all made him scared and cry, but he slowly adapted to his new life in America. The school helped him and my family is very thankful for this school, the teachers are very nice, the program is very interesting and everything is great.

As a parent, I love sending my girls to Primrose Coppell. Not only do I feel confident about how much they are learning while at school but also feel at ease that they are well taken care of and loved. My four year old gets excited about all the planned events and looks forward to going to school. My eight month old loves her teachers and is always happy to see them. I am so happy with my decision in choosing this school for my children and would highly recommend!!

Our daughter started at Primrose Coppell in the Young Toddler classroom at 13 months old. We have had such a wonderful experience! She loves her teachers and just started with Ms. Debbie in Preschool Pathways and she can't wait to go to school and see her friends. The administrative staff is so kind and understanding and we have felt welcomed since the beginning. Nothing but good things to say!

I want to let people know that this facility had taken care of daughter from 4 months old baby to 4 and1/2 years now. Today was her last day and everyone made her so special that my daughter and I are gonna miss them. I don’t know many people in the town, so this review can help them what me and my daughter experienced.

The staff and level of care at Primrose are top notch! If you have not found a place for your little, look no further! It is a difficult task to leave your baby in the hands of someone else, but it was easy at Primrose. The staff took the time to listen to our concerns and ask about our baby’s care needs. They let us meet with the teachers prior to the first day to ensure we were all comfortable. On our first day, I was so impressed when the staff greeted each parent and child by name as we walked in the door! The mobile app is amazing! We can text or call the staff and always receive instant replies. We receive real-time updates on food, bathroom, activities, and more. The teachers send pictures throughout the day and discuss developmental milestone progress. They provide tips and tricks to help with your little, which is such a wonderful bonus for us, as first time parents. My little is always happy to see her teachers who greet her with smiles and snuggles every morning. I know that I am leaving my little in great hands at Primrose.

I was extremely nervous to leave my three month old in childcare to go back to work, but Primrose Coppell calmed my nerves and exceeded all expectations. The infant teachers, Ms. Taji and Ms. Maria, are amazing. They provide lessons every day to the babies, as evidenced by the many pictures sent through the app. We unfortunately had to leave Coppell due to relocation, otherwise we probably would have stayed here until our little one is in kinder. Primrose Coppell is SAFE, COMMUNICATIVE, and LOVING. Thank you for taking care of our baby!

This is a great daycare. We are delighted we made the decision to send our two kids here for almost 4 years. All the teachers are extremely good and so loving. They care for the kids like their own. We have seen the management and teachers change a couple of times, however, they have somehow managed to get great teachers each time. Getting healthy food in school is a blessing and the flexibility to drop and pick them up at any time was so helpful during these past years. The management was very good in managing covid and taking good precautions.

The most traumatizing experience any mom could experience!!1. We found out on my son's first day of school (after he was already in the class) and because we requested to talk to management that the location management team was asked to take a leave of absence due to abuse and neglect. This is information that should have been communicated to ALL parents yet this school did not think it was required to let the new parents know even though they were in the middle of CPS investigation. And we highly think it was my son's class that had the abuse - but this was supposedly information they could not provide. If that is not red flags after red flags - I don't know what it is.2. Why doesn't this location have cameras? When asked how the abuse was reported, they said the student went and told the parents? My son has speech delay and does not talk, so how could I trust a place with no cameras, so that they can protect their school and their brand more than the innocent kids. They stated the main reason for not having cameras is because of cyber security issues but they sent pictures via wifi and details of the kids through out the day. So isn't that more of a risk? I get the concern of live streaming for parents to watch from home. But I still don't understand why they don't have old school cameras where if something goes wrong, you can replay to see what happened. OH and you can't go inside to drop your kids off or see them because of "covid" reasons, but half the staff was wearing their mask on their chins. Any school that does not let parents in to see their kids from the lobby or lobby camera, should be questioned.3. Lack of communication - communication was great until we had already enrolled him. We did not receive the welcome package, a bookbag, forms to fill out until the Friday before his start date - and only because I kept on calling and emailing. That should have been the red flag but was trying to give them the benefit of doubt, thinking maybe they are just too busy with kiddos. But NO! The 50 calls and emails I made, you would think they would mention the management team is not at the location but instead covered it up. And oh, our money was taken out of our account on time - the only thing that went accordingly as they told us.4. By state law, the teacher ratio is 1 to 11. My son's class had 21 kids and at times, they only have 1 teacher for 21 two years old.5. As things couldn't get any worse, as we were walking out with our son (he only sat in his class for 27 minutes ), CPS was walking in to continue their investigation.

Our daughter attends this Primrose in the infant room. We have been floored by the level of care and attention she gets throughout the day by her teachers. Ms. Maria and Ms. Taji (and others) have been such a blessing to our family because we know we are leaving our little one in the best hands during the day. It is so comforting as a new parent to get pictures and updates throughout the day. They have taken the time to really get to know her and what things work/don’t work for her. We are so grateful for Primrose in Coppell!

We had to transition to a new daycare amidst Covid chaos, and Primrose School of Coppell was a huge blessing to us when we needed something quickly. Even though we were unable to really tour the school and meet any teachers, Mrs Flanagin made us feel at ease about the transition for our two toddlers. Most importantly I know my children are well taken care of and loved, but this daycare was a huge improvement in the quality of teaching and activities. They are having so much fun and live their teachers! For 2 full-time working parents, it’s particularly helpful to have a place like Primrose with good hours and minimal school closings. The staff we do get to see are always kind, helpful and loving towards our kiddos!

Another childcare facility that doesn’t list their pricing online. I really hate that so many childcare facilities don’t list this information, even a range would be very helpful. To all the schools out there: Whether a parent sees your pricing prior to a visit or after won’t change the decision to come visit your facility! I was given a price of $345 if tuition was paid weekly. This included morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack. In addition breakfast was available for $2/day. There is also a $150 registration fee, which is pretty standard, and a $60 supply fee due three times a year (spring, summer and fall). I also dislike supply fees. I totally understand the need for them, but build them into the price for parents. You can always make that a selling point by telling them that unlike most schools you’ve included that into tuition so that parents don’t feel nickel and dimed. I did the basic math and 3 supply fees is $180, which works out to $3.46 a week. I can’t imagine any parent changing their mind because the price was $314 a week vs. $310, but I will get off all the pricing talk (:The tour at the school went well. All the teachers seemed lovely and nice. The facility was clean and the kids seemed happy. The woman who gave me the tour new all of the kids and parents (I was there around pickup time) and that was a great sign. I also could tell many of the teachers were genuinely invested in the kids.I didn’t like how narrow the school felt. The classes weren’t so tight, but the main and only hallway is. The outside space was nice and it was obvious they had invested money and time into having areas for the kids to enjoy. I also appreciated the technology they offered to the bigger kids. The thing that sort of killed it for me was the end. The woman who gave me the tour was wrapping up and as one mom was on her way out stopped and engaged her, which I’d seen a few times already. This woman seemed intent on being involved specifically with our conversation. It was the feeling that she was chomping at the bit to talk to me about the school. The director said something to her like “you love the school right?”, which obviously she is going to say yes. The mother then proceeded to go on and on and on. I would say she was in her late 30s early 0s so older than me, but told me this was her first child. As she continued speaking she sounded like she was talking to me as if I was someone with no clue. It rubbed me the wrong way, but I tried to brush it off. She tells me about new moms she’s seen crying the first day and how she tells them it’s fine and how I’ll be fine too. Finally after a few more comments that felt a little more patronizing I told her nicely that this was my second child and my oldest is 5 so I’ve been through this before and my daughter isn’t a newborn. When she asked where I kept her now I said at home with a nanny like I did my son until he was 2 1/2. The second I mentioned the nanny I felt the woman was even more intense. The whole thing was made worse by the fact that my child would’ve been in the same class as hers since they were only one month apart. I couldn’t imagine having to see this woman regularly because she made me feel so bad. I also was disappointed that the director didn’t notice how uncomfortable I was. It was in no way the directors fault what the woman was saying, but I felt it was her place to make it stop. I left knowing that was that and also disappointed as I had high hopes. I did get a follow up card thanking me for visiting, which was a nice touch. Too bad it didn’t say they’d protect me from that mom if I decided to come to the school ?P.S. I apologize for any grammatical errors, run on sentences and typos as I wrote this lengthy review from my iPhone

My daughter started at 9 months old and I was so nervous since she had been staying home with me. By week 2 she was making amazing progress and by week 3, no tears at drop off! She smiles, laughs, plays and truly enjoys school. I cannot say enough good things about the infant teachers. They are so patient and attentive. We are blessed to be a part of primrose!
