“I had a great experience at this Labcorp location. It's located at Baylor hospital in a professional building. As soon as you enter the building Labcorp is the first door on the left. It took me less than 10 minutes from the time I entered the building and walked out. Super easy! My phlebotomist was nice and so was the front desk staff. I'll be coming back to this location from now on.”

“This is the second time going to this location and if we have the choice, we will never go anywhere else again. This location has the best nurses staff we have ever encountered anywhere. Super nice, super helpful, very professional and beyond understanding. My daughter has POTS and has a difficult time giving blood. She gets nauseous and tends to past out easily. Her anxiety level goes through the roof when she knows she has to go give blood, but not at Quest Diagnostics in Carrollton. They completely understand her situation and are the most accommodating to her and her situation. She’s 22 by the way, so she’s not a little kid. I only go for moral support and just in case she ever gets close to or actually passes out. We travel just over 40 minutes to get to this location even though there are other locations within 10-15 minutes from our house. I truly cannot say enough good about them. They are exactly what you should expect from your nursing staff.”

“I had a GREAT experience at LSIP for an MRI of my hand, particially my thumb. The out of pocket cost of $375 vs all my other insurance claims with other companies of $490 to $1000 is unmatched, so I highly recommend. Just 1 piece of advice, no one uses CD-ROMs anymore, so burning images to CD's is a bit dated. Please move to storing images on USB/Flash drives. I have my images but no way of accessing them.”

“I finished a three day home EEG this morning. After having a hospital EEG and a home EEG, I have to say there is no comparison. I'm not saying the people at the hospital were not fabulous, but Mary (my "installer") was amazing. She was so kind, informative, and friendly. She eased my mind about what I would be going through during the three days. My experience with a home EEG is SO much better than the hospital because I felt comfortable being in my own home and my own bed. I relaxed and rested during the three days (which was great), but I was also able to be around my family while taking the test. If possible, I would highly recommend Stratus and their home EEG. I think the results of your testing will be better recorded for the doctor to analyze than in a hospital (which in this time of COVID-19 which makes some even more uncomfortable) because you can be more active and do some of the things you would normally do at home.”

I was reminded via text the morning of my appointment on how to check in remotely-via my phone. I was seen promptly upon arrival-only had to wait 10 minutes maximum. the technicians are professional and kind. They are also efficient-they not only have to draw the blood, they have to manage the administrative aspects as well, such as checking insurance. I APPRECIATE having this location available. it is always clean.”
