Not the same customer care. I love this location but this was an off day for sure for customer service. No thank you or any eye contact. Nothing. I know returns are probably a pain to deal with.

“Probably a great place to do business but it would be appreciated if the accurate holiday hours were reflected. I just made a 15 minute drive out in the rain as it stated Christmas Eve hours open until 4:30 only to arrive and see it’s closed. The notice on the door states they’re closed Christmas Day, but doesn’t mention Christmas Eve so it’s a bit confusing.”

She stated labels that say “customer packed” MUST be packaged and taped and if your return label says “No box no label” they can tape it for you no charge.
Aliza (I misspelled her name) was very kind, professional and helpful. She offered me free tape just this once since I didn’t know and saved me $7 from buying a brand new tape!”
