Tonight was my first visit to any location of the franchise. My experience was exceptional! I spoke to Marshall, who was very friendly and helpful. He gave a quick tour of the facilities and then left me to my workout. They have great equipment that is in exceptional condition. I really enjoyed my visit. I definitely recommend this location.

You can tell that this LA Fitness Signature Club is different than your average LA Fitness. The lighting in the facility and tall windows brings a sense of freshness and positivity to the environment. All the machines that I have come across work well. The floors in the workout area and in the men’s locker room are consistently clean. The sauna, spa, and pool areas are well maintained. Showers consistently have ample shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They have a good variety of group class workout sessions. And if you have children, their kids club is open and operating.
The key to maintaining this level is consistency. Consistency in cleaning and overall proper operation of gym equipment and facilities.

Everything is fine and works well. But honestly cleaning could be better and I don’t know why they still don’t have a Hip thrust machine, that would be amazing! Staff is very friendly.

Impressive facility. I went ahead and signed up, price is right, lots of amenities not crowded during weekday midday, which is great.

This gym is just ok. My husband’s company has this gym as one of their options to enroll in. Anywho, since this is a signature club, I expect a higher standard. Their machines break (which is understandable) but the time it takes for them to fix it, is either way too long or just never fixes it. A few of the employees are very welcoming, and have smiles on their faces, which is good to see!

This “Signature” club is a joke. It’s $15 extra a month then a regular LA Fitness. This used to be fine because they offer towel service. Now they are charging $2 every time you use a towel. There is nothing special about this LA over the regular ones. Same machines. Same amenities. Same showers that never have body wash. Time to check out Texas Family Fitness I guess.

They are running out of toilet paper because Cleaning Night Crew spend too much time talking to and watching clients instead of doing their job. The front desk workers( including MANAGERS are extremely rude and disrespectful. You need a total makeover to be able to call this SIGNATURE CLUB again.

Initially called to see about getting the free 3 day pass. Spoke to a rep who told me that if I went ahead and signed up that day, that he would waive the $75 sign up fee. I didn’t have my card info on me so I asked if I could come in at 6pm for a meeting to get going.Once I arrived, they asked if I had an appointment, which I told them yes, at 6. Employee who took my call was no longer there, so I went ahead and signed up with a different rep who would not honor the $75 fee being waived since they themselves did not offer it.Followed up a few days later and the employee who did verbally agree to the deal was terminated. Called corporate and they told me that they would not honor verbal agreements from their employees.Basically will tell you anything to sign up and not follow through with it. Asked to waive my monthly fee 1 time (which is significantly cheaper than the $75 fee) and they would not honor it. Nothing against this location and staff, but for corporate to not honor a verbal agreement from their employees speaks to their customer service.

It is the worst service I have ever received, I signed up because Angel promised me that I would pay 35 dollars per month, that I had to pay 100 once and every month I would pay 35; Then I see the next week that it appears on my card that they would charge me 75 more, so I am going to tell him that I was not willing to pay for something that he had never told me and that I had not budgeted for, so he simply says that he could not do anything like that I ask him to cancel the service and not charge me that, he assured me that they would not do it but then a few days later I see that they did charge me that money, when I call the Manager Stephanie she says that they do not give refunds, it is illogical that they charge for something you won't use, you will understand my annoyance, so I don't recommend this place at all, they just want your money and don't want to help you at all. My husband was thinking of signing up too but we are going to go somewhere else where they value people.

Overall good experience but some of the equipment is getting old and could use an upgrade. Staff is friendly
