Terrible place for western Union. They don’t have knowledgeable managers, especially on weekends.

Dated store with sub-standard service.
Currently adding fuel center.
Sitting duck when HEB opens at LBJ & Olympus.

One of the worst service, no one there at bakery section always , I asked people working in Kroger and their response is “ I don’t know”. No effort to service customers.

What is going on with customer service at this store! I stopped in today to pickup a few items. As I was walking up to the dairy refrigerators, I notice a stocker working in the one next to the one I needed. Because he was there, I slowing moved my cart towards him; that is when it went left...fast. Loudly he said "Man what is wrong with you; you saw me here."; I said calm down it's not that big of a deal and told him I was sorry. He continues with why you rolling up on me like that; he was getting very agitated. I regretfully said, "OK, you can drop the attitude." This comes after dealing with Tyler in the deli last week over how I wanted my order sliced. Customer service is going down fast at this Kroger. Maybe Tyler does not like working in the deli; maybe the stocker in dairy has a cart phobia; regardless, as a customer I do not appreciate being talked to or treated in an aggressive condescending manner. There is a Tom Thumb further from the house but I am not against driving to be treated like my business matters to them.

I like this Kruger because almost everything is clean. Easy to fund what I am looking for. Customer service is too slow ?. ?.

Clean but never enough registers open. 10+ person lines at peak hours is reflective of mediocre management. Plenty of other options available in the area

My mother and I (who are both white women) do not appreciate Chepe’s attitude towards us in the self checkout area. Every time we go shopping at this store and have an issue at the self-checkout, he treats us like he has no respect for us. He argues with us when we bring up the current promotions and says that we’re wrong when it’s clearly advertised. He also treats us like we’re thieves when the cash register malfunctions. I’ve noticed that he’s nice to everyone else, every other race and gender, but it seems like he’s really condescending and has an attitude with us white women for some reason. We’re very sick of him arguing with us every time we come across him at this store. Grocery shopping should not always be an argument, but he sure makes it one with us every time!!
Otherwise, this store would be a decent and pleasant place to shop if it wasn’t for him!

Literally as soon as I stepped into the store two men approached me trying to sell something. I guess they stand near the entrance waiting to pounce on customers. NO ONE WANTS TO BE BOTHERED WITH SALES PEOPLE AT THE GROCERY STORE!
I Headed to the self checkout and the only one available was the one with the conveyor belt where your scanned items sit at the end until you bag them. I noticed an employee walk up and move my stuff to the bagging area and if you know anything about Kroger's self checkout you know moving your groceries out of the designated area freezes the register and causes nonstop problems. Today was no exception every time I scanned something it told me that items needed to be put back on the conveyor belt. After five minutes of moving items back and forth re-scanning everything I gave up and walked out. On my way out the same employee who moved my stuff and watched me struggle checking out and not once tried to assist yells loudly "thank you have a nice day" I definitely won't shop here again.

Customer service at this location is horrible. Before adding a new gas station and causing more stress to the employees, consider training or paying your employees more so they enjoy their job.

So what I witnessed tonight made me a little upset regarding their management and the way they hover over the cashiers. I have always been a return Wal-Mart customer but when I moved here and down the street, I’ve stayed loyal to this Kroger. The management here needs to rethink their management tactic.
Every cashier here has always been a joy to interact with but when I witnessed a guy standing over the cashiers( Shirley who is a doll ) shoulder after she spoke to me he needed a signature that she addressed me in a kind way…. I wanted to puke!!! If you continue to mange your staff that way you will always have staff that hates working for you! Lighten up and build your staff up with encouragement instead of micromanaging. Disappointing all around

Every day I buy something from this store, the price does not match what is marked on the box, look closely at your receipts, also with this nonsense of digital coupons, if I already have the Kroger card and I am a customer, why do I need and digital coupon? ?,And today when I present a coupon that they sent me, they tell me that it has to be printed, and they should put more staff at the customer service box, because today I waited 20 minutes. I will never return, the worst store in Coppell.
