It's a good store I ever went to 448 on Coppell for shopping. This store is so close to CVS and Chase bank.

Large inventory and great selection of products and goods, fresh fruits and vegetables at great prices compared to other local groceries, i try to avoid coming here on weekends because parking can be difficult and heavy flow of traffic but this grocery store is very nice and worth a stop if your in the area.

Ever since they got the new pharmacist Antonio this place has been great. He is nicer and more thourough than even my doctors are. Excellent service, and a real example of how this type of work matters. Super nice guy.Previously they had a blonde woman that was very very nice, but always in a hurry.Prior to that they had a woman with grey-brown hair that was very mean and made me feel bad about asking questions. So glad this pharmacy has improved so drastically, staff makes all the difference.

Meat dept leaves their post to smoke cigarettes and makes customers wait 20 minutes. Don't come if u need meat. A lady told me it happens ALL the time. Inexcusable.

The people here are very helpful and kind. They treat one like a family member. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and take time with you. It is very appreciated!

I have always enjoyed shopping at Kroger, however I dread using the pharmacy. The customer service of the pharmacy technician is horrible. They speak to you rudely and are always rushing me off the phone. I have stood in line and watched how poorly other customers are treated. I have expressed my concerns and do hope this issue is addressed.

We've been going to Kroger Pharmecy for years for the convenience. Over the years our family has been treated rudely by staff members at this pharmacy. The last straw for me was when I called for my husband to pick up his medication a day earlier, due to it being memorial weekend and us traveling. left message with our doctor for early refill and the Kroger pharmacist herself spoke to our doctors office with an untrue snarky comment "about how we've asked for early refills a couple of times now". Which is completely untrue and verified this by the fill in pharmacist when I had them look up the information in their system. When I asked the pharmacist directly about this she said, "that they must have misunderstood her". She Didn't apologize, nor asked to correct that misunderstanding with our doctors office. She acted like she didn't care at all and acted bothered by my call altogether. I stated we are going to be taking our business elsewhere and she was like, "ok". Not at all professional. Please do yourself a favor and don't use this uncaring pharmacist. World is to short for unkind people.

This is our regular grocery store and it is at least the second time this has happened. The manager harassed our family for buying "too many" drinks. He yelled at my mom and threatened to call the police. They were not on sale and there was no limit advertised or written anywhere. Since when do grocery stores have a limit on merchandise .. unless they're being discriminatory? This place needs to audit their staff and figure some things out. This is not ok.

First time ever filling my prescription at this location. Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever received from a Kroger pharmacy.Throughout the day I've had to call several times and each time I spoke with a different person. EVERY SINGLE ONE was the most courteous and helpful person.I'm honestly sitting here writing this, because I didn't really realize until today how rudely I've been treated at other pharmacies.Really... You guys are great and I will continue to come back!

Lupe was too busy chatting with another employee, to say hello or anything. I also appreciate how irritated/condescending she sounded, with "NO CASH REGISTER". Jokes on you, Lupe, I don't keep cash on me. So rude for no reason. I'll go to another Kroger.

I must highly caveat this review. The 4 star rating is largely due to the dismal state of it's sister store just a few miles south on MacArthur. Call it the contrast effect, or simply appreciating having a functional Kroger's nearby, in any case. This Kroger is exactly what Kroger has been historically and should be going forwards. It's a clean place to shop, that has all of your staple items in stock, with just enough employees to keep things operational. It's not as big as the larger Kroger's off the 635, and sadly has a smaller arsenal of goods to choose from, but it's far less crowded and provides better service relatively speaking. One "signature item" I've really been enjoying lately is the Private Selection Wild Caught Argentinean Red Raw X Large Ez Peel Shrimp. At around $9.99 a lb (frozen), they're some of the best shrimp you can get for the money. This particular location also has a selection of thinly sliced Italian cold cuts at the cheese station by Veroni. I believe they have Prosciutto, Mortadella, and Salami. There are some things that are vexatious though. Most wines over $45 reside in these locked coolers. In order to access them you will need to summon some sort of wine concierge, who then chaperones you to the registers after making your selection. Also they do not carry the full line of Boar's Head cold cuts in the deli. They are missing the head cheese, Stressburger Liverwurst, 1st Cut Corned Beef & Pastrami, and quite a few others. They only keep a rather basic assortment in tow. Overall it's a great alternative to the other options in the immediate vicinity, though it still leaves a lot to be desired. I would call it a pleasant relic of the vanilla origins of American grocers, but a lot of times that's exactly what I'm looking for.
