Wonderfully friendly Jennifer answered several of my questions. She has a German Shepard just like my kids. Guided me to her fav durable dog chews/toys. Great atmosphere in the store. Some things I had not seen before.

I love this place! They always have a huge variety of treats for my dogs. They offer great advice and even better yet if I need my dogs nails trimmed, they do it without an appointment. Great service and great home delivery.

Absolutely the best pet store around. They have anything you can imagine for your pets. I had a dog that was having stomach issues and they suggested that I start giving her some raw goats of milk. Since she was a puppy now into her adulthood she absolutely loves it and she has never had stomach problems since. I also have two cats and one of them was sickly with their stomach. I switched them to farmina brand and life is so much better since I did that. And that was a suggestion I just recently got. The people are more than helpful. They go above and beyond to hear you make suggestions highly knowledgeable. Not to mention you can do all of the things that other delivery services from bigger box stores do but you can't get the type of service that you get from Hollywood Feed.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we left the experience was magnificent! The ladies were very informative and personable. Because of that, I’d rather spend a few extra dollars and go there rather than going somewhere else where you have to almost beg for assistance.

I love going to the Coppell store. They are always so helpful and kind. I love how laid back their dogs are too! The young lady that helped me on Monday was so sweet and helpful!
