Diane Boone was so great. Very patient when we were looking at all the choices. She knew her furniture lines and helped us find the right recliner for my mom. One that mom could work and be comfortable in. So many to choose from and Diane helped us narrow down the features. The dresser and night stand were easy to pick out once the recliner was located. Many thanks to Glen, who helped us find the right pieces. For us, it was the Denver reclining sofa and console sofa. We tried a lot of furniture and Glen helped us with answers (and power cord support). We had a very positive shopping experience at Havertys!

Diane Boone was amazing since day one - what a professional. My wife and I felt zero pressure during the entire process, and Diane took some much appreciated time to help us make the right decision. Our Phoenix sectional was delivered today. You would think the Mona Lisa original were being delivered with regard to how protected my sectional was during the timely delivery.A note about Havarty’s in general:My wife and I have spent nearly 20k with this store over the last four years, and the quality and service is the best in the business.Our delivery driver says he has been with the company for 22 years - that speaks volumes about an organization.
