Terrible.. The lady had her headphones in the whole time and apparently did not hear any of the very clear instructions I gave her on how to cut my hair. I have a very important night ahead of me and I am so embarrassed.

We recently chose a Hard Fade haircut for my son, and Queen did an exceptional job. The outcome was fantastic! Her professionalism and passion for her work truly shone through. We're thrilled with the wonderful job she did!

If you haven’t had Nakitia shampoo your hair, you don’t know what you are missing! I absolutely LOVE Nakitia’s shampoos - trust me it will the BEST SHAMPOO you have ever had! Nakitia is the only one I will let touch my hair. She goes way above and beyond with customer service… always making sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. It’s very clear that Nakitia loves what she does! I hope she is getting regular raises because Great Clips is very fortunate to have her!

I have been getting my haircuts from Chuilai every since I moved to DFW 8 years ago, first at a different location and then I followed her over to Valley Ranch. She is always happy to see me, super friendly and does a great job with my hair. She knows exactly how I want it cut and I know it will be done right. The other ladies in the salon are very nice and I get a welcoming feeling whenever I come in. I would highly recommend!

Very bad service, Chuilila( old asian lady) was a hair stylist. When I asked to cut more she ruined my hairs. Rude behaviour asking for too much tip after all that. Don’t recommend this location. If you are reading this review please go somewhere else.

I came last minute before Thanksgiving and the ladies working were fabulous! They did exactly what I wanted and what I needed. I had given myself a bowl cut and the lady who cut my hair turned it into a great faux-shag. Just awesome! Thanks for saving me from myself!
