I went to Great Clips yesterday and had a truly terrible experience. I asked the stylist to follow the same directions as in the system, like I always do, but this time was a complete disaster. An older Asian lady rushed through my haircut in just 4 minutes, and the result was awful. It was clear she was more interested in getting as many cuts done in an hour as possible rather than providing a good haircut or a decent customer experience. When I confronted her about the terrible job, she got angry. I was so fed up that I left no tip when I paid. She then made a fuss, giving me rude gestures, and only handed me the receipt after I asked for it. Overall, a completely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Worst owner, worst employees.
Have Been going to GC Coppell close to 10 years. Recently, they become very ugly. That means owner is part of the problem plus the franchise. Not sure why and how one let the business go down the drain.

Worst customer service. Never had a good haircut there till now. They also ask for more tip if we go there with a coupon sent by great clips.

My most disappointing experience at a hair salon involved an elderly Asian lady who seemed unwilling to listen to my requests. She haphazardly snipped the front of my hair without paying attention to the style I wanted, resulting in an uneven cut. Needless to say, I have no intention of returning to that salon in the future.

Fifi there does a great job. That's why I am still going there despite the constant increase in price which has nearly doubled since I first started going to Great Clips.

I've had rarely "less than" service here. Almost all hair stylists are very professional, thorough, and courteous. I've no issue recommending this business to anyone.

Mixed experience. It depends on the hair styler. Their employee change is very frequent. So the person who is taking care of you today might not be there in six months, which is frustrating. Other than that I like their service. Also, they offer good promotions.

This is usually my go-to Great Clips location. The staff is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. There usually isn’t a long wait. It’s in a nice area.

I always go to this location and the haircut was been great. However, I got haircut with new barber today (Asian lady), and the haircut was very bad, uneven, and she even chopped off a bit at the front part. Very bad! Do not recommend
