Feedback on Recent Experience with Grab A Gun
Dear Grab A Gun Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience with your company. This month alone, I have spent nearly $1,400 on merchandise, and I must say that the quality of customer service has not met my expectations.
Unfortunately, I encountered slow delivery times and found it difficult to communicate with a supervisor to provide constructive feedback or share my suggestions. It is disheartening to feel that my opinions and concerns are not being acknowledged.
Given these experiences, I am hesitant to continue spending my money with your company. I hope you take this feedback into consideration and work towards improving your customer service and delivery processes.

They got the payment. It cleared my bank. Then my order got refund. Because of some lame ass excuse. That billing address didn't match what my bank has on file for me. If that was the true case. My bank wouldn't have cleared the payment days before my order was refunded.

UPDATE: Apparently “Brandon” thinks that 2 purchases in 4yrs makes them a reputable company. They apparently cannot handle negative reviews so they throw temper tantrums and block customers and sales. The 1 other negative review was due to them not honoring their cancellation policy that is stated on their website. They showboat their A+ business rating on BBB but all that shows is they responded to the numerous complaints. They’re actually rated 3 out of 5 stars. They stalked another person and his reviews. Stated that they read through another customers reviews and banned him due to him leaving reviews for OTHER companies. Hey Brandon if you think GAG is “so good” then why all the negative reviews? Why ban and block customers bc they leave HONEST reviews? Says a lot about your business ethics.
DO NOT BU FROM THIS COMPANY They lie about their return policies, and lied about your orders. Placed an order on 10/19/24, checked the status on 10/22 and said the order was refunded. Contacted their online support, representative was extremely quick to tell us that the order was refunded due to being undeliverable and sent back to their facility. HOW CAN AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER SHIPPED magically teleport from Texas to Ohio, attempted delivery and sent back in 48hrs?! The representative stopped responding after telling us to contact their support email. How is this company still in business???? Already contacted the BBB, media in Dallas and will be referring this to our attorney if we dont get any resolution

Great Company! Just got my firearm from this company! Took about 5 mins to show me the firearm & make sure i was ok with it before accepting it & they ran my background check which took about 5 mins & I was out the door! Super nice staff of people! , will definitely be comin back for more future purchases.

Paid $350 for a gun. The dealer they sent the gun to closed and didn't send the gun back. They won't refund me my money.
