It's always a pleasure dealing with Dreshawn, He is always positive and gets the job done in a timely manner goes above and beyond explaining what's wrong and what needs to be replaced last time was in for oil change in one of my vehicles was in and out in know time only trust them with my cars even if having to drive out of my way it's worth the piece of mind! (PS) came same day they was celebrating an employees achievement for being with company so long and warmed my heart to see a store manager going the extra mile for employee appreciation ? keep up the GREAT WORK the world definitely needs more people like Dreshawn

I normally don’t leave reviews but the manager Dre went above and beyond for me. The lady before me was giving them such a hard time and being very unreasonable. Despite that Dre took care of me and the technician jordyn was very friendly the shop was clean the service was great you can’t please everyone some people just want to fight . This review is proof that this place is the only place I’ll be taking my car from now on. Thank you just tires coppell

Store Manager IS VERY unprofessional. DreShawn. Was asking him on time frame, since location looked busy. Before he could send in quote to my company, they needed to look at car first. My company time frame to reply back is different each time. But he could not quote how long it would be just to check to send it into my company. Instead he quoted the whole process which in reality he had no control over cause it depended on company car. He got very irritated when I stated I just wanted their quoted time before sending work quote into my company. He left me there as a customer to accept his false quote of 1 hour and a half to get my car looked & approved & done. My company has already taken almost 2 days to process approvals. I just needed quoted time to see my car before sending in request. They also looked super busy. I went here cause it was closer to where I was at but I know of other Just Tire locations where I received WAY better service, answered my questions, and treated their customer with respect. My company has possibly more than 100 locations they use & many drivers that go in for different car situations. Approval time frame is not dependent on them. They should not be so pridefully sure on a quoted period when their time depends on another company approval. I did go to my company before to alert them of approval needed coming in, but there was no guarantee it would be fast.

Sebastian is a legend, took really good care of my car, and when I needed a balance he took care of it in less than 15 min. Thanks again brotha, I used them for my lyft rental, but I will for sure come in with my own ride and recommend you guys to friends and family. Hard to find good people to work on your ride, these dudes are it though.

Had a good experience at this location when it came to the service of my vehicle , Sebastian Flores made it very seamless and I was in and out in a very reasonable timeframe.

They got the interior of my car all dirty. However, they did change my doughnut tire since I had a flat at no charge, but now I have to pay for interior cleaning.

The best service is here!! Sebastian Flores was my first person that I met, with friendly & thorough service. Plus the mechanic who was showing me the huge nail in my tire! The took care of me & being a woman did not make me feel uncomfortable with the questions that I asked.

Amazing customer service! Unfortunately came in around closing time and most places will have an attitude when you show up around close time but the manager DreShawn and staff remained with a positive attitude to help me purchase a new tire since I had caught a flat and was riding on a spare. Would recommend this location and will definitely be back for future work on the car.
