The hotel was very nice. It was so refreshing to be in a room that actually provided a good amount of lighting, and had bulbs that were on the daylight/cool side instead of the dim/warm lights that majority of hotels have.However, where this hotel shined was with their shuttle service to DFW. Upon arrival I let the hotel know that I wanted to use the shuttle for my extremely early flight and I was able to pick my time either on the top or bottom of the hour. At 3:30am Wilmer (spelling might be incorrect) was waiting for me and made the early morning drive to the airport a wonderful experience. He was such a pleasure to talk to and got me there via a safe and comfortable ride. I normally dread the awkward shuttle rides and, after this experience, any future drivers will have a high standard to match. When I travel to Dallas in the future, I will stay at this hotel strictly because of Wilmer. This hotel has an absolute gem with this man so make sure you hold onto him!

Changed from 5stars to 3. It's 2/8/24. Billing issue from Dec still not resolved. No followup from them whatsoever. BE CAREFUL If you decide to stay here and you're using one card for credit card points and another card for your incidentals. I didn't get my reward points because they charged everything to the incidental card. And when I called back and spoke to management I was told they are not supposed to do that. This is afterWaiting almost 3 weeks for someone from the billing department to call me back and it's still hasn't been fixed by them or the manager.Previous review before they dropped the ball:Professional service. Lobby beautifully decorated with holiday decor but even after that's removed I can see the design of the lobby is really nice.Clean quiet rooms. Can't ask for much more.

A pretty decent, clean hotel. But definitely not a classy enough place for $15 breakfast, that was only the basic eggs, potatoes, sausage patties, etc, from any cheap motel.Room AC/heating system works fair, but not an intuitive, full customer controlled system.

overall. not a great location for a marriott. We stayed here for 3 nights and asked specifically for the room to be cleaned after the 2nd night. We were told by a very sassy front desk that it is already scheduled and it is not worth double checking. We left the room for the day and came int he afternoon to exactly what i was expecting; no housekeeping service. The manager acted like they have never seen us before or heard of our ask, of course!Add to this, the elevator didn't work for 1.5 days and the stairs were not accessible.Overall, i would not come back here again probably!Rooms: ok rooms at most. nothing special at all.Walkability: absolutely no walkability around this location. it is literally made to not be walkable

The hotel itself is nice. Clean rooms, nice lobby area restaurant and bar. BUT the service is terrible, but I will say it was only one woman that was rude and did not make me feel welcomed. I had questions and the answers were short and rude. Beware that you may get a rude check in experience.

The rooms were nice, newer and clean. Shuttle service was helpful but a little late. Super helpful though. Staff was friendly overall. . Wish it was an indoor pool too as it was very cold, so didn't get to use it.

My birthday plans got all messed up because American Airlines sucks . But they put me in a room for the inconvenience they caused . Little did I know this minor inconvenience would turn into a major inconvenience and I ended having cancel my whole trip and getting stuck in Texas . This hotel was so nice and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond making sure we enjoyed our stay . Definitely recommend staying here .

The hotel wasn't in a bad location but there was quite a bit of road construction around. The hotel is attached to a convention center so the entrance is kinda oddly located in my opinion. The front desk staff was very busy talking on the phone for quite a while before they acknowledged me. Pool is nice but we never saw a complimentary breakfast that I thought was listed, maybe we missed it or they changed their offerings but it was a nice walk to the First Bite restaurant close by. If you are attending a conference there it would be a good place to stay.

My flight to Charlotte was delayed by two hours and i was worried it was going to be cancelled so i decided to fly the next day. I searched the DFW area for a hotel to stay for less than 12 hours and this location was affordable, the shuttle service is really great, the hotel bar and restaurant was outstanding and so is reception. I had a very short stay but everything was excellent. I’ve stayed in a much more pricey Marriott brand hotel and their towels were awful, the toilet paper was so bad but this hotel was wonderful. The pool looks extremely cozy, however i failed myself and didn’t bring a bathing suit. Definitely would book here again. Ohhh and the coldest AC in my room, it was incredibleFood & drinks: They definitely pour them well in the lobby bar :). The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Definitely would go again

We checked in around 10 pm on Friday September 22nd. At the reservation desk, there was a middle-age lady (with face tattoo) in casual clothes, almost in pajamas-like outfit. She was serious and unwelcoming. Did not talk much. When I asked how her night was going, she said "not bad". No conversation whatsoever. No professional look or behavior. She seemed like she was covering for the actual receptionist.
