I booked this hotel after being delayed at DFW. When I arrived there were about 30 people in the lobby that were put up by AA. It was a little after midnight and there was one agent and it turns out she was new. I rated the property 5 stars because it wasn't the agent's fault however I wish there was a solution as it took 75 minutes before I was able to get in my room. I was Gold at the time and there was also a Platinum member in line. I feel like these airport hotels should cross train the shuttle drivers at least to help the elite members. We are so easy to check in. It takes agents less than a minute. They need my ID and credit card and half the time they don't need that because my Marriott Visa is on file in my account.I know that these lower tired Marriott brands don't have an elite desk, obviously but it couldn't hurt to cross train a shuttle driver to help check in at least the elite members.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and quality. Lobby had great vibes with snooker table and in house bar. They had complimentary coffee bar open even at 11pm. They had mini golf and swimming pool with heated jacuzzi. Just too many good things able this place, you will feel safe with your family.

My recent stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites was pleasant. The room was quite clean. The bed was comfortable. The AC was quiet. The only thing that could be improved is the pillow which was a bit uncomfortable for me.Breakfast included a nice variety of options and the tables were kept clean.

It ticks my family's boxes! The service is friendly. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfy. The bathroom is larger than most, and the shower has a door instead of a drafty curtain. The water pressure is very good. Oh, and you can log in to your Netflix account or watch cable. I'm not sure if the TV had Prime or anything else of the sort since we just used Netflix. The rooms seem well insulated and are quiet. The airport is nearby, but we didn't hear any planes or any foot traffic from our room.Breakfast is good with a nice variety. The breakfast area was packed full when I went down. Despite being busy, the lady working the kitchen saw me holding an empty coffee cup. She told me coffee was almost ready without my asking. She also called me over when she put the fresh pot out!

Great, newer, clean, perfectly located. I was only here for a 6 hour nap..but it did the trick. Kids at the front desk were very polite.

The stay itself (June 2023) was OK. I booked through Priceline and paid on Priceline. Somehow the hotel charged my credit card (provided for incidental) for the same stay. Called them three times within the next few weeks. Each time they acknowledged the mistake, told me their account person will handle it. But it is February 2024 now and no action has been taken.

Good clean rooms plenty of space and great staff. You can get breakfast here but there's no resterant in the evenings.

We have used this hotel multiple times for our overnight layovers. We originally chose this hotel for the 24hr airport shuttle, saving us time and money. However, our last visit was not as great as our previous ones regarding shuttle service and customer service. We called when we landed at the airport, which we've done every other time. The staff told us the shuttle just picked up some guests and would drop them off then come back for us. We said great. They then called back almost immediately and said it would be 45 minutes before the shuttle would come back because they were taking the guests to get food...? So now it's an I er eats shuttle? They recommended we get an Uber/Lyft to the hotel.. we were exhausted and it was after midnight so we did get an Uber. When we arrived at the hotel we saw the very shuttle they spoke of sitting in the drive... As we walked past it we overheard the staff of the hot giving the driver their Whataburger orders.... So we had to spend our money on an Uber because the staff didn't want to spend their money on Uber eats... Great. The next morning I voiced my frustrations with a different front desk employee who couldn't care less.. all in all that one experience tainted how highly I once spoke of the hotel. If Candy is at the front desk she will take care of you. Unfortunately she was not for this visit...

Nice hotel. Morning breakfast free and shuttle free. DFW Airport closest 6.1 miles distance. Businesses and vaccination travelers are happy to stay here.
