Datamax has been very responsive in both competing for our business and then in service. Their motto is "Raving Results". Their "Raving Results" create raving fans! Equipment is pretty much the same across vendors. It is the customer service experience that seals the deal.

I was a recent customer of their Viop communication services. At first, they seemed nice and straightforward as I wanted to change my telecommunications service and add additional technological services to secure my computers. While their sales person came in to meet and place the order for telecommunications service which was around $1900 including purchasing new phones, I didn’t hear from him again for several week in which I was told he was diagnosed with Covid and was not working. I ended up getting help through one of their IT guys twith getting my fax set up and my account up. I never ended up purchasing the other security services I was looking at, which, in hind sight, was a blessing as they have tried to “nickel and dime” my company for mundane services that would take them less than 5 minutes to do like changing announcement greetings on my phone service that have been prerecorded. Their VP tried to justify the over $200 bill I received by going into a convoluted reason of how intricate it is for their techs to complete these tickets. Not to mention, they never informed me of the price increase in my services that was set up 60 days prior to speaking with me and to let me know that the person who was invoicing me for the recent services was my representative, who never bothered to formally introduce herself. It was only when I started to ask questions about her and requested that she not be allowed to have any dealings with my accounts is when I was told that she was my account representative. That was the third and final strike for me. I chose a better, well known company who didn’t ghost me once the sale was complete and was upfront with all costs including informing me of who was in charge of my account. I cannot speak for other sides of Datamax’s business but their Viop service side is sorely lacking in communication and customer service, not to mention way overpriced especially if you request to have anything looked at with your account. The IT techs who I was able to work with that helped with setting up the account and up until recently minus the current representative were wonderful to work with.

From the moment we decided to lease our Canon printer through Datamax in 2015, the process has been fantastic. The printer is high-quality and reliable. Datamax stands apart for impeccable customer support. Any time we've had a question or concern, their knowledgeable and friendly technicians have been readily available to assist. If repairs are needed, which isn't often, they are quickly completed. Our representative, Jeff Graul, checks in with us regularly to ensure the printer AND Datamax perform as expected. This level of attention has made us feel valued as a customer and has solidified our trust in their commitment to our satisfaction. We have never considered looking elsewhere for a printer leasing company.Datamax has exceeded our expectations in every aspect - from the quality of the equipment, to the efficiency of setup and maintenance, and outstanding customer support. I wholeheartedly recommend Datamax. Five stars without a doubt! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have worked with Jeff Graul at Datamax for over 14 years. He is an incredibly kind man, and he has always provided me and my company with excellent customer service. He has not sold me any products that are not appropriate for our office.The team of technicians at Datamax is very knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with on the rare instance that a copier or printer has an issue.I highly recommend Datamax, and be sure to request Jeff Graul as your salesman.

Datamax has been excellent in servicing my non-profit for several years. The techs respond quickly and arrive on-time when we call for service. Often the techs will end up taking care of additional maintenance when they come to help reduce future service calls. It is nice to work with a company that still values the personal relationship and quality of service over speed and profit.

I inquired about Datamax services and options to replace our antiquated copier in the Summer of 2022. The Datamax team was super helpful right away and met with me and my team a few times to go over various options that would meet our needs. It wasn’t the right time for us and I requested that James check in from time to time because eventually it will be time to make a move. He is always friendly and helpful and I look forward to being able to work with Datamax in the future. I recommend them for their friendly team and reliable service.

Really great job with helping me out. My sales guy was named Brad and he took the time to understand my needs and get me the equipment I needed. Installation was fast and everything is working perfectly!

The entire Datamax team exemplifies customer service. From the quality of devices, to the quality of maintenance/repair, I have never dealt with a better company and team. As a school administrator, product efficiency and costs are critical to keeping resources where they should be, in the classroom. Jaime Rhodes is an excellent contact if you need to research, explore, modify and/or finalize service agreements. She is one of the best reps I've ever worked with.
