The number of tablets ordered on my prescription was short in the pill bottle on two occasions by at least more than half the number ordered on the bottle and the doctor,s prescription.

The lead pharmacist at Coppell Denton Tap is smooth, professional and even friendly with customers. This Rx is often non-stop and yet the lead and her team just plough through the orders as best they can. The Rx technicians are good, too, and also professional. Rarely have I had a negative experience here, or if I do experience frustration, it's mainly due to the non-pharmacy side of the store. Hats off to the medicine makers and prescription fillers at CVS Coppell Denton Tap.

The rudest and most racist staff. My mom was wearing a traditional Indian outfit, minding her own business, browsing the lipsticks then making her way over to the holiday cards section. It was 10:40 PM on Thursday night. The manager came up to her 6 times to bother her, letting her know they would be closing in about 20 minutes. 6 times. He didn’t say anything to the other shoppers… just my mom. This was well before they even started announcing that they would be closing on the big speaker. When my mom confronted him at the register about his behavior, the employee in the back started mocking my mom. Like WHAT?!?! I cannot believe my mom was harassed like this at a CVS that she has been coming to for over 20 years…

This CVS pharmacy is amazing! My prescription would have cost me $104 at this pharmacy, and instead of just charging me that amount, they told me which pharmacy I should go to to get it cheaper. And they were correct - I got it for only $9. Such honest people! Thank you!

Everyone writing reviews about the wait time is 100% correct. Day one of my prescription saga had me in the drive through line. I believed 30 minutes was enough time to get through 2 cars in front of me but I was apparently mistaken. 25 minutes went by and no one had moved at all. It was like going through an incredibly painful Time Machine where I wasted 30 minutes of my life. Day two I was feeling hopeful, I got there at 1:15 maybe and grabbed toothpaste inside and went to the pharmacy counter, I was greeted with a long line of people that... shockingly ... barely moved. With one woman in front of me I was brimming with joy that I would finally leave the death trap that is this CVS when someone behind the counter looks at me and says "Ma'am it's 1:30 we are closed for lunch, we open back up at 2". I could have actually exploded in righteous fury then and there. I have an autoimmune disease and I have more medication than I would like, I am at this CVS all the time unfortunately and this is not the first incident. It is consistently a harrowing journey to get any kind of service and these last two days are the straw that broke the camels back. I am in incredible pain and need my pain medication and my business and prescription will be satisfied elsewhere.

WORST PHARMACY EVER!! I have yet to be able to get thru the drive thru. You wait and wait and wait and the line never moves! People that work there are rude.UPDATE: Still the worst EVER! Don't now why they call it a drive-thru when it takes as long as going in to get your meds. Also, went there at 4:30 and the drive thru was closed! And now you can't even call to talk with someone, you have to leave a message and then they never get back with you! The WORST!!

I got here at 129. They close at 130 for a meal break. I get that but my Rx was done already and it was free. This was not the regular pharmacist.. She was helping someone b4 be. Then turned to me and said I had to wait 30 mins. I have 2 kids home with covid and im a widow. No husband to help at home. I get they had to close to eat but I was here when I was supposed to be 129. Wouldn't have hurt them to give me my meds. I'm worried about being away from my kids at home with COVID. This review is for this new pharmacists. Not David. I love David. He's a great guy.

This store is a failure of CVS management at all levels including C-level. The staff doesn't understand the importance of prescribed medication of their loyal and long standing customers. Waited 4 days for a prescription medication, which they claimed they don't have it in stock. Even though I requested them to transfer to the neighboring CVS stores.
The district manager turned deaf to the customer complaints.

This establishment being in a wonderful city like Coppell is a complete travisty. Expect to wait. And wait for an extremely long time. You won't feel patient or the depths of valuable customer service coming your way. You will age while you wait. And when it's your turn, EXPECT them to have a complication or most likely, a failure in your order. Drive through? No. You have better odds of walking to Mexico and back to get your meds before you'll get through this "drive through." And again, the order will be wrong. Got a student in town? Don't send them to CVS for anything. Walk in with a backpack and enjoy being "profiled" or instructed rudely to remove it and to leave your valuable stuff unattended. This place is a joke. The amount of pain we have because one of the two of us is forced to go here by insurance and we know that there's an upcoming prescription destroys the need for the actual prescription because this environment and management, and complete failure of customer service causes you additional ailments. We will drive further to a different CVS to avoid the abysmal nonsense that occurs here daily. Good riddance. Call them? Laugh maniacally. "For better customer service, we're taking on messages." Lord help us. There is no customer service. Your messages are not listened to. Calls are not returned. Nothing here is done in a timely manner, even though some things require to be timely. Fire everyone. Start over.

Worst service ever slowest drive-through. All this long line in drive-through. Management of the store and pharmacist does not want to address this issue. Very very lazy drive-through Attendant.
