Dropped in for a class. Rebecca had an excellent command of the class, communicated clearly, and gave detailed tips. The members were energetic (@5am), welcoming, and made it feel like my home CrossFit location. Awesome experience.

Dropped in here while staying in Irving and had two great workouts. The members are nice and the coaching staff has an attention to detail I don’t see at other boxes. I look forward to coming back on my next work trip!
