Extremely happy with the patio/outdoor kitchen remodel. Derek & his team did an amazing job! They transformed our backyard into a true outdoor living space. They were very responsive and professional. Very happy with their work.

We had Creative Boundaries add a large covered back porch, outdoor kitchen, and new 8' fence in our back yard. We couldn't be more pleased with the work! The covered porch looks like it was originally part of the house and the kitchen / fence work was of top notch quality. Any time we had an issue or concern, they immediately corrected to make sure it was exactly the way we wanted it. They definitely take pride in their work! Would highly recommend!

Had a beautiful, upscale outdoor kitchen built with a 30x15 patio addition and full sidewalk from front to back of house with luxurious stone borders, pillars included, around my bushes and trees. We hired Creative Boundries to rebuild our outdoor kitchen. Our bar and countertop had been poorly designed and were not easy to use. Derek took time to talk through what we wanted and made some great suggestions to resolve our issues. The work was done with great craftsmanship and quality. We also asked them to build rock boarders around some flowerbeds. We have been very pleased with the results.Service: Patio construction

Contacted this company 5-weeks ago to get a quote for a retaining wall, and fencing done. They came out and I told them about what I was wanting. Derek only took a couple measurements and said they would be back. I told them I had already received one quote immediately ($40+K) and was waiting on another to come in. The other quote came in 2-days later and was over $40+K so this was no small job. After waiting 2-weeks, Steve and Derek both came back out and we talked over the plan again. We actually talked about a more expensive plan, but they sold me on their ideas. I was excited about the changes they recommended. I told them I had already received the other 2-quotes and that I would like to get theirs as soon as possible, so we could get the work scheduled. After waiting another 2 weeks, I could not get them to return my calls. I was driving home from out of town yesterday and I thought that I would try to reach them. I was able to get Derek, and he said they decided that they would not be taking on my project and that I should go to someone else. Waiting a total of 5+ weeks for them to turn down my job when I could have already had it scheduled and possibly even starting work is unacceptable. I am not sure why they would turn down what could have been $50K in work, but this is not cool. I would not recommend them to anyone at this point.

We had a full perimeter 8 foot fence with an electric sliding gate installed and couldn't be more pleased with the result. High-quality product from a very responsive and personable local company. Highly recommended.Service: General construction

I received a quote from Derek and Creative Boundaries to run a simple drain pipe from the backyard to the sidewalk to help drainage and rainwater runoff in Feb 2021. After receiving quotes from other companies, I decided to go with Creative Boundaries. I e-mailed Derek giving him the green light to proceed with work a week or two after the initial quote, but never received a response back. It was only after 2 more e-mails a week apart that he responded (a month later) that he had forgotten about me and would try to set something up. Another month later, another e-mail reminder, and again, no response. I have given up on hoping Derek and Creative Boundaries will ever follow through on their quote and have moved on to another company.

Creative Boundaries recently constructed an outdoor living area and extended patio for us. Stephen and Derek were awesome to work with. They drew up plans and Derek took us to other completed projects to give us an idea on different options available. Every day, Stephen told us what was going to be completed and he was also at the project site every day checking the progress. All of his sub contractors were courteous, on time, and they cleaned up every day. We needed complete new landscaping and he also recommended the landscape contractor. We highly recommend Creative Boundaries for your project needs.

I want to give this company two thumbs up for the job they did replacing our aging stone patio with stamped concrete. Steven took complete ownership of the project and made the process very easy. While they were not the lowest bidder they did instill the greatest amount of confidence in us getting the results we wanted. Their crew was first rate and all work was done on time and when promised. They did a great job and our new patio looks great.

We were looking for a contractor to construct a covered patio. We contacted several qualified contractors and obtained bids but one stood out from the others...Creative Boundaries. First of all, Stephen and Derrick were so friendly and approachable with ideas and suggestions. Not only did they provide us with references but also gave us a tour of some of their past projects; further giving us some additional ideas. Seeing the work really helped my wife visualize what the finished project would look like. They provided us with plans that we could modify and further tweak. Once underway, we were impressed with their sub-contractors who were also friendly and each cleaned the work site when they were done. We made a few changes along the way and Stephen was very accommodating. We are so pleased with the final product..very high quality work. We would highly recommend them!
