My family was been with Creme since the Fall of 2018, when my oldest was a few months old. I came to Creme after leaving another facility (picked during my pregnancy) due to mom gut about some red flags once we started. I do not think a review will fully express how important Creme or more specifically this location and it’s team are to my kids and I.On the clinical side, I like the ratios (generally better than the state maximums), the physical room rotations for older kids, the physical class sizes, and the types of rotations (especially music, art, and languages). I also appreciated the options to enroll those over 2.5 years in several extracurricular activities onsite - sports and robotics. My love for our Creme goes beyond the Creme facility or its curriculum. Allyson and front office staff are caring people and great communicators. With those strengths, Allyson has found and retained many amazing teachers. Along the lines of methodology, Allyson and her team have a solid approach for moving infants, toddlers, and the Gards (2 and 3) up based on development (not exact age) and communicate about development and timelines for transitions in advance. Both my kids’ infant teachers followed my requests plus chatted with me daily, so we could make adjustments to their subsequent days that improved their eating and/or naps and therefore happiness. Regarding retention, several of the same infant teachers were still at the facility when my son joined a little over two years after my first, which is extra impressive given he started a year after the pandemic started. My kids’ Gard 2, Gard 3, and Creme Prep teachers exceed my expectations. My kids feel loved, they have fun, and they are learning. As of January 2023, my son is 2 and 3 months. A few weeks ago, I asked him at bedtime: Who loves you? His first answer was one of his current teachers. My daughter expresses her love of her current teacher regularly.

I really hate that so many childcare facilities don’t list their pricing so I am attaching a photo of the rates I received three weeks ago. Currently I have a nanny at home with my child and I’m all for not choosing cost over care, if you’re lucky enough to even do this given how insanely priced good care is, but parents are too busy to find time to swing by or wait on hold just to get the prices. I can assure these facilities this is the wrong approach. Whether a parent sees your pricing prior to a visit or after won’t change the decision. In fact I’d argue that by withholding the pricing it could be worse since the sheer shock of the cost might steer them away whereas being able to compare costs from multiple providers along with the educators of each school, services provided and facilities would allow them to see the value for the cost.In any event I did a tour at Crème and I did find the inside impressive. I felt the under two area a little lacking on activities but it was a brief tour and maybe they bring in more things during class. The teacher I met was nice, but a little over the top in my opinion. I’m all for making someone new feel welcome, but it has to also feel genuine. I could see how if all you looked at was the facility you would be immediately sold, but I wasn’t.I also didn’t like that they had all this fancy tech, but didn’t have live stream video? Why bother if everything is so delayed? When you walk in you see a whole wall of screens showing live feed video so it’s obviously setup for that. In Mexico its standard to have live stream now so I know it must be fear of legal action that keeps these schools from implementing it. I know there’s some crazy parents out there so I understand, but again that’s not enough of a reason not to implement what parents want. Most of us just want to be able to check in and see our sweetie when we get a moment. The woman who gave me the tour was also nice and followed up with a text and email. If I were to give advice to someone looking for a child under 2 to get a nanny instead as they are about $1,500 month full time and will make your life a lot easier. If you’re looking for your child 2+ then it’s a decent option for the area albeit the high cost. I will say their menu for meals and the fact that they provide both diapers and wipes is a huge plus for busy parents! Less things to remember and worry about in the morning. If you can get past the cost and the name (I find it sounds a little pretentious and as a white person would feel uncomfortable saying the name of it in conversation) then check them out.P.S. I apologize for any grammatical errors, run on sentences and typos as I wrote this lengthy review from my iPhone

Crème has one of the best facility in the area but lagging when it comes to staff. My review might be helpful for those who are NEW parents and looking for daycare for their infants. You will find their tour as one of the best place for your baby ... I can provide you some feedback -1. There is no consistency of teachers in the class. In a day , teachers are changing so much . When you do surprise visit , you will find a different teacher in the class and every time when you ask about last teacher , she is either on break OR left early as she was sick . Sometimes , I have noticed that teachers also look so frustrated with this frequent changes and that indirectly reflects on their behavior with kids. It's very important to have good teacher.2. Since there is no consistency with teachers ,So specially infants cannot make connection with the teacher.3. When you drop your kid and explain the schedule for kids they listen carefully but when the actual time comes the teacher got changed so in short they are not able to follow your schedule. They have Life Cubby app which is not real time which anybody can understand but they are updating too late with incorrect details so you need to call them to check the status. So this is off no use. Most of the time their teachers struggle with the APP update with the kids left unattended.4. In class, you will find so many toys but all for DISPLAY Only . They never do any activity for infants OR less than 2 yrs kids . This might be a good place for pre-school but not for children's under age of 3 .5. Their fees structure is quiet expensive as compared to other day care in the area with the same facility .6. They listen you very carefully but never implement your feedback unless you give warning to them that you will change the daycare if this is not fixed .I have noticed most of the Google review are from employee whose kids are coming to this daycare .Don't rely on my feedback Only . You can visit and validate my reviews.

As a mom of 2 boys that have attended Creme, I can only say wonderful things about this school. I have never one time worried about the care my boys received. The place is spotless, huge tv monitors greet you as you come in the lobby so you can see what’s taking place in each class room. The locked doors/finger print pass code at the front door add to that extra sense of security & comfort for any parent. I’m most impressed with Crème’s program structure. Starting at the age of 2, Crème moves the children from room to room and keep them stimulated. They have computer class, science, music, math, gym....you name it. Unlike other schools/daycares, they don't simply leave your child in one room to entertain themselves all day (been there and done that with horrible results). Their goal is to engage and educate your child. I have full faith and confidence in the wonderful staff at Crème. From the administration to the caring teachers. We never had one bad experience. Great communication, great education, kids loved it…..we wouldn’t change a thing.

Crème de la Crème has been an wonderful experience for my family. It has afforded me the ability to return to work after starting a family, by giving me the comfort needed in order to entrust my children to others . Being a self-admitted “helicopter mom”, I struggled with the idea of child care and whether others could care for my children as I would. Crème has given me that comfort. I currently have three children enrolled with my eldest having started at three months of age.Having been with Crème for almost five years, I’ve experience the full spectrum of what they have to offer. The infant rooms offered age appropriate space and learning tools needed – all 3 levels. I especially appreciated that Crème separated the youngest (6 weeks old) from the newly mobile children. Once mobile, the children advance to the next level in order to make sure they continue to be challenged alongside their peers and at the same time create the safest room possible for the newborns. The toddler rooms and “big kid” classes offer the movement between classes/subjects. This has always been my favorite experience to witness. I am continuously amazed with what my children come home and discuss over dinner. I’ve been very pleased with the curriculum at Crème. Hearing my 4 year old discuss the order of the presidents with my 3 year old has quite an impact. My husband and I know that beyond the love and safety Crème provides us, the education is beyond expectation.I believe the tone of the facility and the teachers is set by the Directors. Strong leaders yield strong teams. Crème has both.I will continue to recommend Crème as I truly feel it offers the best child care for my family.

This feedback applies exclusively to the after-school care program of the Coppell Crème. We spent 6 yrs as a crème family there, we loved it up until last last year when the afterschool program had a structural change with teachers used.We found this change to be antagonizing and distant to the kids/ 'old-school' discipline, we provided feedback to the center and very little was done up until the point where we decided to leave. We are one family of many that have made the same move for the same reasons. If you're thinking about putting your kids in this facility for this program, I strongly advise you to research conditions before joining as currently it is and overpriced product for the benefits received and for the care you'd expect for your kids.We have sent the same feedback to its Director of operations and have literally seen no response or acknowledgement of the same. We hope Crème uses this feedback to re-instill the previous wonderful experience we had in the past and make enjoyable for other families.

My daughter has been attending Creme de la Creme since she was 18 months old and she has truly loved every bit of it. I have been able to see her form such a wonderful bond with all the teachers that she has and has had and I have never left her worrying about her well being, whcih as a mom is such a relief. The staff has been awesome and the management team has always been very attentive and friendly and know her by name. My husband and I toured many other schools before deciding on Creme and were so impressed with the way Creme is not only a childcare facility but has a strong focus on education as well. My daughter has learned so much and it is such a joy to see her excited about school and to see her teachers and friends. We couldn't have picked a better school. I would strongly recommend this school to anyone.
