The worst managed bank I have ever seen. I waited about 9-10 minutes at drive through and not one car moved. Gave up and went inside. Waited my turn with 3 other people at 2 teller stations. When it was my turn the woman teller, without a word went to take care off the drive through people.Just don't go to this branch. It is awful

This location will not answer the phone. We need to set up an appointment and the site is having issues. It is really upsetting because up until now we have enjoyed banking with Chase..

I have been banking with this bank and location for a very long time. Most of the time I would use the drive through. I needed to speak with a banker on the inside for this past week I came in several times and they refused to see me. Came in at 4:00, was not asked what I needed help with until 4:20 for them to tell me there is not enough time to help me today. Next time came in at 2:20, again was told the same thing. They asked if I would like to make an appt to come back but my schedule is not a set one so I said I would try back on the weekend. Today came in at 12:00 for the lady to tell me they can't see me again. They would never see me again and I just may switch banks because of this. So annoying that I wasted time this whole week.

Will not honor their checks. I have two chase Bank checks to cash. They will not cash them. Will only do so if I have an account.

first time coming to this location, very nice setting's and accessibility! really like how they have the self-service atm inside the location, as most are usually outside or on the side by the drive-thru. the location is real close to Carrollton which is real helpful, and there's a CVS close by too. ??

Horrible customer service I sat in the bank waiting for someone to help me and didn’t get any help at all finally I asked someone for help and it seems there was no one available but the bank was full of employees and no customers. I am a Business owner in the area and this is not how you do good business. I do feel discriminated against.

The banker would not open a new an account because he wanted to get out early. I arrived at 5:30, they close at 6:00 and he denied me the service.

Ann Mason is so kind and helpful. She took extra care even if I just went there for simply faxing some documents to credit card department. I wish she will be there when I visit the branch next time.

They use to be better but the last 5 years has been awful. The branch manager at the Sandy Lake, McArthur branch is terrible with customer service. They do not even answer their phones since he has been branch manager. Now they are nationally ending a lot of programs that I have had for 20 years. I have been with the same bank since 1982 and I am moving all my accounts and credit cards to a better bank.

Amanda is awesome and took care of us quickly and efficiently. She also explained when we can get fee's and how to avoid them. (Unlike bank of america) Love this bank!
