“Brian D, Richard W, and Henry are who I usually deal with. They always make the effort to get what I need and help me find alternatives when there is limited availability. I’ve used them for years and don’t have any reason to consider anyone else.”

“Please don't let the name Seconds and Surplus fool you.I received a high level of quality customer service from Elizabeth. I went in scrambled but was guided every step of the way with choices of quality cabinetry, countertops, and designs. This made a major impact on my project as it was in the raw, and I needed a total service. When I say Elizabeth went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, that is exactly what she did. I am not only sold on the Dallas Regal Row Seconds and Surplus Design Center, but I also wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone and everyone about them. Not to mention my cabinets and countertops look AMAZING!I went in thinking I wanted something nice and functional while also staying within budget. Not only did that happen, but in addition my results exceeded my expectations. I am a satisfied customer and appreciate Elizabeth and her team for helping make this a great experience. Thank you Najullah”

“Had a great experience working with Jennifer. She is very knowledgeable, patient and easy to work with. Custom cabinets aren't straightforward, it needs a good designer who will listen to your needs and guide you through this process. We love our cabinets and highly recommend Jennifer and Seconds & Surplus!!!”

“The girls at the desk were helpful and let us look around in the yard of choices. After we picked out 2 options, they gave us samples to take with us with all the info. I like this place.”

“Customer service is great. If you’re looking for any construction tools you’ll definitely find it here. Their check out process and payment process is lengthy so any visit could be up to 15min or more no matter how small your purchase is.”

“I felt bad that they require the staff to wear the masks regardless of whether or not they have been vaccinated or have gotten over the virus. It is purely political as well as a worry about liability from the attorneys. The staff is qualified and they have a great selection. From the time we ordered and paid it will be 5 weeks before we get our plumbing fixtures...and we ordered the ones that didn't have the long wait.”

“I do NOT get all the hate for this location. The only thing I find unsatisfactory is the parking lot, but that is just that it is in a busy shopping area and that is how it is. I mostly come for garden whatnots. And frankly, this Lowes has the best garden whatnots of any of the other stores in the area. Better than Southlake, South Arlington, Hurst, all of ya! I have bought plants, seeds, pots, and said whatnots. It is always well organized, stocked, and also their plants have been taken care of. I said mostly garden whatnots but I also come in occasionally for command hooks, a broom, a power drill and a sink plunger. I love that I can look things up on their website and it will tell me exactly what row and bay where it is located. I walk in there knowing where I am going and exactly what I am looking for. This is a big place and knowing exactly where I am going is super useful. My only complaint is that they seem to have gone fully self checkout inside. You can still get someone to ring you up in the garden center, but you are out of luck in the AC.”

“It’s now going on 6 years since installing my floors and stair treads and they still look as good as day one (and we have two, 25 pound dogs). It also gave me piece of mind knowing that the stain on my floors was a Sherwin-Williams stain.”

“We run a business and frequent Lowe's often (at least 2 times a week). The employees have always been great. Our last visit we received exceptional service from Tyra. She not only found us what we needed, but got us the best deal and let us know about the MVP program. Thank you Tyra for helping us out!”

“I've never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. It's conveniently located next to the Local Post Office and Albertsons with CVS and Walgreens across the street. You can definitely complete all your errands within one intersection in Carrollton. Lol!The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the paint team and the appliances team. They have the patience to answer all your questions all with a smile. The store is fairly organized and clean. They even have tall plastic dividers around the self checkout to help with social distancing.During their busiest times, you may have to wait a little bit if you need help getting things off the top shelf or anything in the lumber department, but that seems to be the case with all hardware stores.Overall, it's a good store and will most likely have what you're looking for.”
