“The folks here are so knowledgeable. I came in to check out the prices for Marine Starting and Deep Cycle batteries. I had questions about AGM batteries as far as charging, and the fellow there knew all about them. I go here exclusively for my auto cleaning supplies. Always satisfied with the selection, service, and the general atmosphere of the store. Pleasant place to be if you're a car guy or a boat guy like myself.”

“The lead person there on Sundays is extremely knowledgeable and they go the extra mile. One time I brought in an analog watch for battery replacement and they set it to the correct time, day of month, day of week and month without me even asking. This time they changed out a car battery and I was given a small battery with wiring to plug into the lighter to keep all of the onboard items (clock, radio stations, etc.) powered up during the battery swap.”
“I had a flat tire on my brand new jeep in the parking lot of this Grapevine store. I was not familiar with the scissor jack I had , on how to use it. Ali the night manager saved me by showing me how to use the jack & provided expert knowledge on changing my tire. He led me safely step by step on putting the spare tire on and getting me back on the road. Ali saved my life this night from danger and being overcharged by a tow truck.Thank You Ali from O' Reillys in Grapevine, Texas!!!”

“Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! They were there in the evening shift, but I hope the manager sees this review because they truly were of great help, and Denny/Danny was just awesome, sincerely thank you !”
“Had to leave a great review because of the outstanding customer, service, and assistance I received from Rudy and Rudolfo! These guys helped me out with reattaching my rearview mirror the night before I was supposed to start a new job that relies heavily on my car. They were super informative and especially helpful with loaning me the tools I needed to successfully remount the mirror. “Jonny was amazing! My battery was bad and dead, and not only was he able to determine this issue very quickly, but he went above and beyond trying to replace my battery for me as well. My car is older and the battery was stuck, yet he tried his absolute best and I greatly appreciated that. He even recommended a place for me to take it to get it replaced, so I knew what to do and where to go after my visit. Going to start coming here for all of my car needs and I recommend this location to everyone! I was at an Autozone right before here, and they didn’t even want to perform any tests on my vehicle. The customer service at this O’Reilly was very refreshing and helpful, especially as a woman who doesn’t know much about cars. Thank you guys for all of your hard work! God bless.”
“Recently got my s23 ultra screen replaced here. 1st one I'm guessing was bad and had "ghost touching" took it back and they replaced it again no problem. So far so good with the replacement screen.”
“Órale Auto Parts is a very friendly place, its staff is very friendly, unlike the Aros airport, they are in Aurozone, the staff they have are very incapable of serving people, they do not have the capacity as in Oro at the airport, I recommend that you come to Aro Parts. or Rally, what else can I tell you? They serve you very well and adjust to your needs.”

“So no kwik car or local business would exchange my Interstate battery as they said they will test it but do t do exchange ges. Spoke to dallas location they referred Euless do to the hours and everything g went smooth from there. Ended up not able to return for several months and had a different friend go reutr there loaner to get exchange and the lady was so helpful and professional and ever so nice.”

“They open all the boxes before taking them out and they set aside the best to sell at a higher price...it's no joke unless you use a lot of what you find, but missing parts are sometimes useless, and people hoard everything as if it were the end of the world. once is good but the store lost the joke”
