Terrible customer service. I had an appointment with the business banker and did not get to see anyone. The banker was not in the office. What a waste of time. They were not apologetic and could use some customer service training. Seems it was somehow my fault. Certainly makes me rethink doing business BofA. Avoid this location unless you like bad attitude and unresolved problems!

Very poor customer service. My 91 year old, disabled mother needed to deposit a $5,000 check and then withdraw $300. After her doctor's appt on 01/17/2023, we went to this bank to make the deposit/withdrawal. She is in a wheelchair and it's difficult getting her in/out of the car, so she gave me the check, the deposit and withdrawal forms that she'd filled out and signed, her state ID and bank card. The teller, Mayra, told me I had to bring my mother inside the bank to do these transactions. After getting my mom into her wheelchair from the car and inside the bank, Mayra only made a difficult situation more difficult. She compared my mom's ID to her face back and forth for about 5 times... making my mom feel like she didn't believe who she was. She also made my mom use her debit card for the withdrawal, even though my mom went through the trouble of filling out a withdrawal form. My mom didn't even know how to use her debit card and was confused that she's always withdrawn money from bank of america using a paper form. Mayra was rude and could definitely use training in customer service. She also needs to learn to be more compassionate... it was heartbreaking watching my mom struggle.

Finance Center Manager - Heidi (Not sure exact on her last name -wergerer) , One of the most disgusting human being - Not sure who put her as client facing - she is rude, very arrogant and non-supportive - I had a bank of america (their own) corporate customer service support guy on phone wanting to talk to her to explain on notary policy she was stating wrong to clients, and lady would not buzz, refuse to talk to her own colleague like 'Noone can tell her anything, she knows it all' and poor corporate guy on phone in front of her telling me ' He is embarrassed and very sorry for his colleague behaving this way' - I know we have shortage of resources to hire but I certainly think we should avoid hiring such resources - she was telling lies, manipulative and simply said things which were not even correct! Incredible, I hope Bank OF America management audits this lady's behaviour - I am bank of america customer from 20 years and I know they have much better support than been represented by this immature girl who has no appreciation for the job she has as Finance Center Manager bank of america branch on Denton Tap, Coppell, Texas!

In this day and age of impersonal service and constantly revolving staff, especially at banks, it is awesome to deal with Bobby! He's always personable, smiling and professional! Great job Bobby!

Worst branch in town they need an appointment to transfer money on emergencies they don’t care n they forget that’s my money. If I was a boss I should fire manager within an hour.

I live 2 mins away from this location, yet this has never been my first choice; I chose to drive 10 miles to go to a different location than coming to this location. Very unprofessional, rude, lazy people works here. The customer service is 0/10. They like to complicate everything possible. I was there to do a wire transfer; they told me I had to get an appointment, and the appointment to do the work, which would take less than 10 mins to do, had a waiting period of 3-4 business days. I went to the other location, where they were able to make it done within a few minutes. Next, I booked an appointment for a different service, for which I got a call a few hours before my appointment time from a rude lady saying she could not take me for my booked time due to some lame reason. I know things happen; however, my only concern/complaint is that these people should learn how to convey or make the customer consider options by not throwing an attitude.

Extremely poor service provided by Gowri (the Notary). Apparently she doesn't sign documents that don't have a block for her to sign?? Funny because I got similar docs signed at this place by a different rep. she also advised me to go to UPS. Question then why are you here and claiming that you are a notary? Absolute waste of time. will definitely consider closing my Accounts due to this.

I am embarrassed by the reviews regarding my Bank of America branch on Denton Tap and comments directly at the branch manager.Nobody is perfect. In my experience over the last 10 years at this branch the branch management staff has been incredible. I even told Heidi this week if she ever left I would move my accounts wherever she goes. Heidi treats people as a person and not just a number.Sounds like the negative reviews are people having a bad day and taking it out on the staff at bank of America. Not fair to what I have seen from Heidi and her team. I feel special that they know me by name.
