So I had a visa credit card then I misplaced so Bank of America replaced but they replaced with a Mastercard and since then I been having trouble because not many places accept master card.so I call the number on the back of the card so they can switch me again to visa. they didn't help me they told me to go in person at any of the Bank of America location. I went to this in Coppell the indian guy bu the door told me they cant help me. that I needed to call the number on the back or go online . I mean this is crazy no body wants to work no more? So people from Bank Of America specially this Indian guy hey if we do everything online you will have no job do you understand that?

Did not assist me, when I made an appointment to get something motorized! Said they tried to call me. If they called my cell phone, we cannot answer our phones when we are at work. I was told notary was no longer there and no replacement coming!

If there is a zero star I would rate it as such. We have been backing with Bank of America for years and I'm a platinum preferred customer. They have absolutely no customer service. We went in to get something notarized. They told us that it was going to be a 10 min wait. Turned out to be over an hour. They need to set the right expectation. Huge difference between 10 min and over an hour. Had I known it would take an hour, I would have gone to another bank. The lady who claimed to be a manager is not customer friendly. When I asked her when, she told me to go to Usps store if I'm in a hurry! Is that how a bank treats a customer?!. Will not go back

Coming to this Bank of America makes me wonder why I have my money in this bank. Terribly slow service, inconsistent rule enforcement and several employees standing around doing nothing while I wait over 20 minutes to withdraw cash. I'd recommend going to a different boa if not an entirely new bank all together.

The worst. Won't return phone calls. Why even have this branch. Don't even have a drive up window anymore. Need to close it.

Went in to get a notary at 4:50. Waited 10 min at front to check in but no one came out to ask if I need help with anything. Saw a couple waiting for customer service at the waiting area so I went to sit and wait to be assisted. They were called in ... Still no one asked what I need help with. Finally...30 min past by and a lady came out to ask...only to be told they don't do notary. What a waste of my time waiting for some service there. It wouldn't be so upsetting if there is a customer service up front or if someone take 10 sec out of their time to at least come out to ask what service was needed.

Where to begin - Oh I know - how about 2pm trying to make a simple deposit at the drive through but they were down to ONE teller working. And those drive up ATM with teller assist lanes? NONEXISTENT. So I go inside only to see a line of at least 9 people inside. Move on next bank. I was making a deposit for am account holder as I do not use Bank of America for my banking needs. I use FIDELITY. And this is a reminder as to wby. So because I'm busy I head up the road to make a deposit at the Belt line Jose branch. Wait til you read about that one.

The slowest bank I have ever been to in my life. Every time I come to this location I regret it. Better off going a little out of your way to a different location.

The parking lot and drive thru is shared with a small elementary school, dentist, and car wash. They had two drive up ATMs and both were not working when I tried to utilize them!! The one other time I was at this location, the tellers took so long and were not very attentive with what they were even doing. The teller asked me 4 times what I was there for because of her lack of concentration.
