“Fast and they do a great job! I went in for an oil change and inspection. They were able to vacuum the driver side, windex the front windshield and also top off the fluids.
They did this in about 10mins. I'll definitely be back! Whatever the owner is doing or teaching the staff really pays off compared to other locations.”

“I broke down on the freeway in an unfamiliar city. The jerk of a tow truck driver, randomly dropped me off in front of Ruben's shop late in the day on a Saturday. I was terrified. Not knowing what to do I called the number on the outside of the building. Thankfully Ruben answered! He just happened to be in the shop. He came right out to help me. He was so nice and kind. He fixed our car, was very honest, had great communication and a great price. I wish I lived closer, he'd be my go-to mechanic. I can't recommend him enough!!”
“They got the initial diagnosis wrong and they worked hard to make it right and ensure it was safe before a road trip. Very compassionate owners. I have been a customer for a long time and I trust Shannon, though you sometimes need to follow up and check in because they’ve grown so much recently I imagine it’s a little harder to track every employee’s quality 100%, but they will always make it right if anything is missed or done incorrectly, and usually they nail it.”

“I usually do my own maintenance and reasonable repair, and am reserved about going to shops. However this was a warranty repair situation, and the guys at Firestone totally put me at ease about what the issues were, carefully listened to my descriptions of the issue, and were straightforward that it would take some time to diagnose.
After a reasonable time, their techs had identified my issue and brought two others to my attention which i had been unaware of, and gave me all the options for repair, which I accepted and all appears to have been expertly done. I'm driving around for a month since with a car in good shape thanks to these professionals!”

“I had great serve with Oaid T. today for a State Inspection of my Honda Civic. I have come to this location several times in the past for oil changes and brakes. I have had a great experience every time. They have reasonable prices and you will save money in comparison to the dealer. I have gone to several auto service locations including Firestone and Discount and the experiences there are hit or miss. They are closed on Sundays and pretty busy on Saturdays. Try to go during the week if you can.”
