“My last two phone experiences (1-800# but my policy comes from this address) have been great! First on 01/22/24 I talked to Mayra who helped me cancel my home ins. policy. She was very polite and detailed. The second call was today (02/01/24) and I spoke with Tanecia who was also very polite. I had follow-up questions along with other questions and she answered ALL of them patiently and kindly. Neither one of them cut me off mid sentence and they both paid attention to what I was asking in order to accurately respond. Truly TWO great employees... now I want to speak to them whenever I call!
