I just got my first bill after adding a line. I specifically declined phone insurance and next up fees and the sneaky salesperson still added those fees to my bill. As I type this, I am 30 minutes into getting a hold of ATT customer support trying to get these charges removed. Go somewhere else where you can trust the salespeople.

Came 2 times today and they have been closed. I was told they were there until 8 to pick up my phone Tuesday or Wednesday. Yet no one here. This is just ridiculous. They need to put a new schedule on their own door

Worst customer service experience of my life. I bought an iphone charging cable and when I opened the box the wrong product was inside (a cube for a Samsung). I live an hour away from this store and drove up there to exchange it for a cord (like I thought I purchased). They made me feel like a criminal and a liar and refused to help me. The associate called his Manager and put her on speaker and she yelled at him to take her off speaker.Update - spoke with AT&T and they are not an authorized retailer. Stay away from these scammers. They said I was completely overcharged and had no record of my purchase. They also never emailed me a receipt like I asked.

* For non acknowledgment right after walking into store. I understand the one guy was with someone. I normally excuse myself to a customer and say we’ll be right with you.- - - **** For not having bed-side manors. I’m not sure what this location doesn’t take phone that may have a crack in them for a trade in what AT & T and other locations do. Strange. Odd. Bizarre. Dont go to this ATT store, they are SCAMMERS. Be aware of adding additional packages without your knowledge. Dont get fooled by one time activation fee waver it shows up in bill. Not sure who gave higher stars but avoid them at all cost and go to ATT owned store.

My fiancé and I went into this location to just look into upgrading my phone. The store was clean and the staff very friendly. Eagle helped us , she was beyond amazing, not pushy, helped with all our questions. We actually made a second trip back to also upgrade my watch, and add him to my plan then upgraded his phone and watch. This has been the best experience with an ATT store, and I’ve been with them for 11 years. We will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Consistently incompetent. I assume most of the positive reviews come from their friends.1st time I went here they took 4 hours to set up a new phone and deleted my old one before transferring All the files. Luckily I had backed it up at work.The second time I came in I got a second line. They quoted me a price plan. Then never gave it to me and months later told me they couldn’t do anything about it after overcharging me.

Reeya and Omar were amazing. I went in with 3 problems with my phone and they were able to help me solve all 3 problems. Both Reeya and Omar are very knowledgeable with Iphone and Android products. Great service! I will continue to shop this AT&T store location.

will 100% never come back to this AT&T again - I came to upgrade my daughters' phones and ended up being signed up for add ons that I did not agree to. I noticed that we had been charged extra for 2 months for their two lines - unbelievable. Untrustworthy employees trying to sign you up for add ons. So disappointed - would not recommend!

My husband and I went in to buy two new iPhones and we had a great experience. Both Omar and Reeya were so helpful and so friendly and made the experience very enjoyable. They really went the extra mile to pick out the proper equipment for us and even helped us get a better plan that was more cost-efficient. Of all that iPhone purchases we've made thru the years this was by far of the best experience.

False information about trade in values. Employees lie about information, then say sorry nothing we can do. Only solution they offered was for me to call customer service and “maybe they’ll open a case”
