This was a terrible experience. I didn't mean to stay here, but my plane got delayed to a very unfortunate circumstance. My airline put me in here. I got there around 9:30pm. The staff was incredibly rude and acted like it was an inconvenience that I was there when truly I wanted to be home. I was friendly and upbeat despite these circumstances. I saw a sign about reserving a shuttle and I asked the front desk about that. Apparently they don't do that, the shuttle comes each hour on the hour. Once again being annoyed with me for asking. I could tell they wanted to stop talking to all of us that were displaced by the airline. I wonder why there's a sign. I was promised a meal voucher, the hotel said I don't get one. Okay, that's fine. I read on the hotel website that they had a bar that served food. The bar was lit up and the front staff eventually came over to say it was closed. I saw other people from my airplane with food. The staff member said they could make me a pizza and get me a can beer so I accept. They were so rude and just acted like I was the biggest inconvenience that when I accepted the food I had tears in my eyes after a terrible flight and not being able to go home to my family, then to top it off being treated so badly. I ate part of the strange tasting pizza. I then spent the evening vomiting up that pizza as the sausage wasn't cooked fully (I was desperate for food). I would never, ever chose to stay here again. I didn't even choose to the first time. The shuttle workers were the only nice people that worked for this company. The rooms were fine other than the paper thing walls, but after this experience I will never stay with this company and I travel a lot.

I had to stay here for 3 weeks on business. The staff is very friendly. The house keeping is amazing. I forgot his name , I think its Soalo or Saulo. But he was always so helpful and greeted me with a smile each day and made sure I had fresh towels and wash cloths . The guys that run the shuttle are nice as well. Always great convo.Only downfall I don't like is the rooms dont have microwaves. And the ironing boards are really small. But other than that. I love it

Rooms are small, and there's not much privacy if you have multiple people. No actual bathroom door to close, so when you step out of the shower you hope nobody has invited friends over while you were in there. Beds were decently comfortable though, and the staff was very nice and helpful the whole time we were there. No breakfast is tough for this price per night, plus no hot tub, but the gym is above average for a hotel and the location is pretty convenient.

We spent the night at aloft due to a flight connection problem. At the end, it was a nice surprise. The hotel is very clean, modern, and people that works in the place are really kind and willing to help. A special thanks to Tobias, the driver that runs the van to the airport. A nice guy!!!!

This hotel has scammed my boyfriend not once but twice. We checked out early Sunday 4/22 around 2AM for an early flight. The following day, Monday 4/23, he checks his account and there's another charge for $200. He calls the hotel and they said someone extended the stay. According to the "manager " Alison, she went to the room a man opened the door she said the man stated "it's ok they said we're extending the stay". She says ok.1. That's not protocol. You do NOT just approve an extended stay without verifying ID and making sure the person would like to use the same card on file. You don't just go by word of mouth.2. Who just let some random person in our room that we checked out of early Sunday morning when we dropped the keys off at the front desk before we left?3. There's cameras on property, USE THEM! You can clearly see we left our room around the time I stated with our luggage. You can see cameras in the hallways, near the elevators and the front/lobby. Even outside.Alison did not follow proper protocol! It is now Thursday and he has ANOTHER random charge of $138.99 from the hotel. At this point he is texting with the general manager, Fantasia. She is now stating he needs to show proof, which ok that's understandable, so he did. Now she is basically saying it's not Alison's fault. I don't really care whose fault it is, it needs to be resolved ASAP. Fantasia is stating she cannot compensate us for our stay since "the services were used". This is unacceptable, we did NOT use their hotel for another day and not use their services today, so why is he being charged AGAIN? I have never typed such a terrible review, but I will never stay here at the location again. I do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE. We will be reaching out to corporate to let them know the manager at this location is a scammer and is not doing their job properly.

Nice rooms, but more like a dorm room than for the business traveler. Friendly staff.Near several restaurants, but they're on the other side of a multi lane highway.

Second time I stayed here missing a flight..Called for a shuttle and waited an hour..Called back..They never sent it..Bartender said sorry kitchen is closed so I ordered Uber eats and as I eat I see more pizzas coming out. I said I thought the kitchen was closed and he said I told you that because I was too busy..Wasn't even busy..On the upside he was giving free drinks because everyone was pissed..

The aloft is about 5-10 minute ride to the airport. The hotel is really nice. I loved the loft setup. The kids loved the new York feel of the room. We loved how the room was divided and how the set up was modernized. We love the lobby, felt like you were at a luxury resort. It had a pool table, really nice pool. The set up of the bar was nice also. Definitely a great place to stay.

For a hotel in this price range, it is a very nice, new hotel that is not only clean and fresh, but has excellent staff. We were sent here by American Airlines after a travel delay and it was full of lots of other passengers in the same situation. Despite being over-run, the small staff not only maintained their composure, but were fun and friendly. The kids loved the pool table in the lobby, and bartender Brett Goldberg kept everyone's spirits up while managing to help the kitchen staff deliver countless pizzas. Well done!

Quiet area, shopping mall right across the freeway. Close to airport. My room was very clean I double checked the cleanliness. Pretty pool has a small nice gym on first floor. Small restaurant/bar on the first floor as well. I booked my stay through a third party so I did have to put a $50 deposit down. If you stay multiple nights house keeping is done every other day unless you request it. Area seems safe.

I'm giving a 5 star because the hotel is amazing!! The only downfall was the room we stayed in had an open shower concept. As soon as you walk in the door the shower is to the right and no coverage. So if you walk out of the shower while someone is coming in you are completely exposed. If you are staying with others you are confined to the other side of the petition in the room while someone showers. There needs to be more privacy especially in a double queen room. Other than that, cleanliness, service, amenities, location, food and drinks all 5 star!!

Clean, modern rooms with plenty of USB ports. Big comfortable bed. All you expect from an airport hotel
