I really don’t understand the purpose of this company. I ordered something that shipped from the city I live in. It was then transferred to this company for shipping. After they held it at their warehouse for a few days, they gave it to UPS. Literally all they did was delay the shipping process by being a middle man.

Despite the bad experiences I had waiting for the delivery of the TV. I want to thank Kendal and Jalaam with WillTree Transport . In spite of the fact it was 8:30 pm and they still had a three hour drive ahead of them to get home, they set up the TV and ensured it was working.

Easily the worst service on the planet. You can GUARANTEE your order will delay. Try calling them and they are rude on the phone and have absolutely no idea what is going on. Sounds like they are always in a panic when trying to locate something. you will be put on hold for a while too.

I usually dont write review but this company is ways too much of a hassle for me to deal with. They told me they can only be in my area on certain days and at certain hours. Their hour blocks are super inconvenient for employed/office people. Ask them if they could make exceptions and was told blatantly NO. I couldnt get a hold of no one, customer service through phone line, chat,... only got A text from the delivery team and that's it. Couldnt check or see schedule on their website after business hours either. This is typically a trash freight company and I just found out that Sony and West Elm use this trash company so be super carefully when you try to order from Sony and West Elm.

Horrible customer service and deliveries. Had freight sitting with them for days before having to call them and see why they were taking so long. Their response of we just haven't gotten around to it was beyond infuriating.

The absolute worst service ever. I was supposed to have my treadmill assembled today 5/3/23. They never communicated with me to confirm when they will arrive, I called twice only for the agent on the phone to tell me to wait for them to notify me of an appropriate date and time my assembly will be rescheduled for.The most unprofessional service ever and definitely the last time I will have any form of interaction let alone business with them. The absolute worst. Will also be reporting to the better business bureau and anyone who cares to listen. YOU DO NOT RUN A BUSINESS LIKE THIS. Would’ve left a 0 if google let me.

we use this company at my job for shipping and they are horribly unprofessional. zero communication on their part, every single shipment we’ve sent with them they have been late and we ship blood product so it’s very important it gets to places on time and they are never on time, we sometimes have to unpack and reship product because they are a day late mostly.

You guys s***It's been over a week since we had a Ticket for repair from Peloton and your technician never answer or reply or call back for scheduling!!! We paid 170$ for service and no one knows when it will be scheduled!!!Fire your technicians if they don't do their job and hire new ones who actually knows and wants to work!!!

Unfortunately, there is no zero star because that’s the best rating they deserve. I order things a lot online from different logistic companies and I can say with confidence after so many years that this is the worst of them all. I had to miss work on a Monday to get my item delivered because according to them I can’t choose what time my parcel gets to me unless I want to come to their location and pick up the parcel they are suppose to deliver, finally they fixed a date 2 weeks after the call. On the expected delivery date, they told me it will get delivered between 11am & 3pm. I waited all day, had to miss work as it was on a Monday only for me to get a call at 3pm that they were going to be late. This is a terrible company, stay away & have peace of mind!!!!

I wish I could give this negative stars. Some of the customer service reps are fine but seem like they are dying inside working for this joke of a company.I am shocked that Sony uses this company to deliver anything. Not only will I never buy another song product again, but I’ll make sure to stay away from this place as well. It’s the most incompetent company I have ever seen.This whole process of getting my TV delivered started on June 8th. It is now 3+ weeks, and somehow they have managed to lose my TV multiple times, and then miraculously find it again. I fully expect to go another week without it being here and it will most likely show up cracked.Please, stay away from this pathetic company to avoid experiences like this.
