Edit: 1. The AAA roadside assistant man arrived and took out my flat tire. The man searched and rides me to the closet corner about a mile or 2 while he was waiting without any assignment yet. He called and reported his work. The AAA later sent me a bill for an extra charge of $ 100.00. The AAA uses Southwest Collection Services to collect my $ 100.00 for a short distance ride. Warning:. Don't use AAA for a ride. Instead, use Uber or Lyft service. I paid to Southwest Collection service $ 100.00 for short distance ride is the most expensive trip AAA charged to me. 2. Aaa put a seven days 7 on hold after purchase membership. 2. AAA charged my credit card and continued to bill me by sending the bill again. 3. The billing is horrible. 4. AAA is trying doubled charges for a membership. 5. Aaa renewal membership automatically charges my credit card previously without my approval

AAA paid me less than the repair estimate for my first accident, then took out a $500 deductible. Weeks later, I had a completely separate accident that was not my fault (car was parked and empty) and now they’re telling me the damage “overlaps” and trying to charge me another $500.
Worse, they’re saying I “benefited” from the last claim and are trying to claw back money from that payout to cover this new one. That’s not how insurance works. Claims are supposed to be paid based on loss, not how much the company can get away with keeping.
Now I’m stuck with $1,250 in deductibles, and they’re moving money around between two unrelated claims to protect themselves, not the customer.
This is why I filed a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance. My complaint number is #425529. I wouldn’t recommend trusting this company with your money or your protection. When it comes time to actually help you, they’ll look for a way out.

Scam,
Paid for an insurance policy for 12 months in full over the phone. After insurance rep never replies to my emails, 1 month later they want to increase my premiums or cancel my policy. I decided to cancel the policy because nobody can explain what the problem is. They charge me 2 months insurance even though i had it less than 2 months. The same day of cancelation i requested to be refunded to same payment method. I got 3 different refund amounts everytime i call its a lie or another. And they sent a check in the mail. Nobody seems to know what they are doing or do what they are suppose to do.

This is a good place to start to let everyone know that the AAA Insurance division is a complete joke. I've had AAA Roadside Assistance for several years with multiple accounts. Then I get hit by a AAA Insurance customer and they don't want to pay what needs to be paid and they are very sloooooooow throughout the entire process. There was no personal injury on part so no lawyer involvement and because of that I'm screwed. And I will now cancel my Roadside Assistance memberships after all of these years. I gave you money each month for several years and now this is how you treat me?!?

In my 60’s and this auto insurer is unethical at best, and fraudulent at worst. Cancelled my policy after they made me pay for my own damage WHEN POLICE REPORT CLEARLY LISTED OTHER DRIVER AT FAULT.

Very dishonest business practices. They threatened to cancel my homeowners policy after charging me hundreds of dollars to remove my vehicle from the policy. I cancelled my policy after purchasing a new homeowners policy through another insurance company. They refused to refund my remaining balance and claimed the policy was never cancelled. I cannot get anyone to respond to emails even after they received proof that a new policy had taken effect weeks prior to their policy expiration . These tactics should be criminal.

AAA home insurance a big SCAM. When you open a claim, they try to find something or other clause to deny your claim that they would not declare at the time of buying the policy … PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.. FRAUDS… we took the policy and were assured that our flooring is 100% covered for the damage and now after 2 years when I saw home floor tiles popping, they are denying to do any coverages and just passing the issue to every other person - the agent, the adjuster, the plumber, their point of escalation Emily Lormand…ufffff…. with no resolutions … VERRY DISAPPOINTED … NO PROPER INFORMATION PROVIDED… would like to give them NEGATIVE REVIEW …. Please STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY … NOT TRUSTWORTHY NO VALUE FOR WORD OF THE MOUTH
I will also not stay this on put and will use all my legal rights to challenge their decision and get necessary help legally

Got rid of the AAA AutoClub yesterday as I have been a member for over 8 years. I cancelled AAA due to horrible service when needing a tow or battery services when using their roadside assistance. Monday was the last straw, I called to have them look at my battery, I had to beg Mike’s Towing company to come out because the driver didn’t want to come out to my location at first. The driver didn’t do anything and said it was my starter to the car, didn’t offer anything and left me stranded. I waited for another 3 hours to get a tow home, with that final call to tow me home AAA also counted that as my 4th call against me. I will never do business with them again, they contract out their towing and battery services to these crap third party towing companies, and pay them cheaper wages which equals cheaper and slower service.

I have a claim with AAA. That was closed out without no resolve my agent Jazmine showed less then exceptional. I’m so confused I’m your client my car was not fixed she lied and said I opted out of having my car repaired like where do they do that at. Help me understand I’m canceling there service and will be perusing other legal actions. Bottom line AAA sucks and all there agents and management team needs to be fired

I ran an auto and homeowners insurance quote online and it was insanely too high for auto but the homeowners insurance was average with the rest. I received a call and voicemail from a Frank Martinez a few days later. He didn't sound like he wanted to be there and just going thru the company process but he also emailed me a very inexpensive homeowners quote. I returned his call about a week later, got his voicemail so I left a message. I waited and no return call so I emailed him and an hour later receive an out of office reply. Now, it's been weeks and I never received a call back or an email. I already purchased our insurance elsewhere and will never attempt to purchase any products from AAA again.

My car was in an accident with a AAA driver, I wasn't even driving my car when the accident happened (someone I know). It was a minor accident their customer turned left and caused the accident. The claims agent (Mia Warrior) informed me it will take 30 days to finish the investigation for a minor accident with no injuries lol. This place is a joke of a company

Agent Tommy Nguyen and his Underwriting team at the AAA Texas Headquarters office in Coppell Texas are terrible. 30 days ago I requested an auto/home quote, agreed to the quote and submitted the start up payments. A week later was told the Underwriting team rejected my new policy due to some past auto claims. Now they have failed to reimburse my auto payment. They claim I must first show them I currently have an auto policy before they will refund my payment. This is totally unacceptable to hold my payment hostage until I send them a copy of my existing policy. All interested parties searching for insurance quotes should be aware of their unscrupulous business practices.

I wish I could rate lower, 40 minutes minimum to talk to anyone.... Especially if you have a different area code on the phone number than the one you are living in!!!
