I have a claim with AAA. That was closed out without no resolve my agent Jazmine showed less then exceptional. I’m so confused I’m your client my car was not fixed she lied and said I opted out of having my car repaired like where do they do that at. Help me understand I’m canceling there service and will be perusing other legal actions. Bottom line AAA sucks and all there agents and management team needs to be fired

I ran an auto and homeowners insurance quote online and it was insanely too high for auto but the homeowners insurance was average with the rest. I received a call and voicemail from a Frank Martinez a few days later. He didn't sound like he wanted to be there and just going thru the company process but he also emailed me a very inexpensive homeowners quote. I returned his call about a week later, got his voicemail so I left a message. I waited and no return call so I emailed him and an hour later receive an out of office reply. Now, it's been weeks and I never received a call back or an email. I already purchased our insurance elsewhere and will never attempt to purchase any products from AAA again.

My car was in an accident with a AAA driver, I wasn't even driving my car when the accident happened (someone I know). It was a minor accident their customer turned left and caused the accident. The claims agent (Mia Warrior) informed me it will take 30 days to finish the investigation for a minor accident with no injuries lol. This place is a joke of a company

Agent Tommy Nguyen and his Underwriting team at the AAA Texas Headquarters office in Coppell Texas are terrible. 30 days ago I requested an auto/home quote, agreed to the quote and submitted the start up payments. A week later was told the Underwriting team rejected my new policy due to some past auto claims. Now they have failed to reimburse my auto payment. They claim I must first show them I currently have an auto policy before they will refund my payment. This is totally unacceptable to hold my payment hostage until I send them a copy of my existing policy. All interested parties searching for insurance quotes should be aware of their unscrupulous business practices.

I wish I could rate lower, 40 minutes minimum to talk to anyone.... Especially if you have a different area code on the phone number than the one you are living in!!!

Had a 4 yr membership w AAA and they were automating withdrawing each month. One month they did not w/drawal and membership was cancelled. Manager refused to help and said its out of her hands. Wanted me to start new membership and pay all upfront. AAA Iam out... TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Today my car broke down. I talked to a manager named Angela and my problems were solved in less than 30 seconds. Angie had got me home before I could say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. And she did all this without demanding a payment. I went from being scared and panicking to laid back in a tow truck with a cool black brother named Earl.. Angela was a complete rockstar but her team was less than helpful. The Supervisor Nicole needs more training. Nicole was unable to control her composure resulting in her becoming argumentative towards the end of the call. I had no choice to inform her that she was not an elite employee and her bills should be affected immediately.

I would give AAA a no star review if that were an open. It's been impossible to reach any branch office directly. The Coppell phone number goes to a call center. All calls go to a call center, per the call center. Cancelling membership.

I just canceled my AAA auto policy after 10 years of poor customer service from countless-faceless phone agents with first names only, extremely long hold times, and loud-cheezey on-hold music while I am made to wait for them. The AAA phone app rarely works properly. AAA is assembly line insurance.I just went back to a real insurance company with a local agent who is courteous, helpful, and remembers my name. He does not keep me on hold and is genuinely concerned with my well-being. Avoid AAA at all costs.

My last two phone experiences (1-800# but my policy comes from this address) have been great! First on 01/22/24 I talked to Mayra who helped me cancel my home ins. policy. She was very polite and detailed. The second call was today (02/01/24) and I spoke with Tanecia who was also very polite. I had follow-up questions along with other questions and she answered ALL of them patiently and kindly. Neither one of them cut me off mid sentence and they both paid attention to what I was asking in order to accurately respond. Truly TWO great employees... now I want to speak to them whenever I call! Great Job Ladies!!!
