Prices are rather high but then again it's a very small grocery store and then employees test you like family. The process plus the treatment make it well worth shopping here!

My family moved here at the beginning of the school year and delta supermarket is definitely a great place for all needs. What separates them from the rest is the employees. They are very personable attentive and most importantly for me is they interact with my 2 year old son. No matter how busy they are they take their time for the simple things. Like making my sons day.

I went shopping at 3 different stores today to find what I was looking for, and I finally decided to go to Delta Supermarket. I should have gone there first because they had everything I needed except for the TP that everyone has been out of. Shop local, you won't go wrong.

Flavorful Barbeque Sandwich served by the Meat Counter Staff is a real value at $2.95. This man sized sandwich is great for lunch or dinner and has the old fashioned taste you cannot get from a frozen or packaged product. This is a spot on recreation of the famous Buzan Barbeque of Glen Rose, Texas from the 1960s and like sandwiches made at United Food Store’s Butcher Counter in the 1970s. Real chipped beef Barbeque has been replaced by the Austin smoke pit crowd in retail restaurants in the Metroplex so no authentic North Central Texas spoon made sandwiches can be found. So glad to have my new stop in Delta County. I recommend you try it when you are hungry for a satisfying meal on the go or picnic lunch. Delta Supermarket also sells by the pound.

Stopping here for gas is a game of Russian roulette. You might get access to one of the four pumps or you may have to wait while the person parks at the pump does their shopping for the week. So if you like gambling, try it out. Their prices are generally good compared to the other two places in town.
