I've been a customer here enough times to note who the managers are and notice that on average management is not friendly at all. They act like customers are bothering them and rarely greet people or ask how they are doing. They just move around you like you are in their way and if you ask for help, you are disrupting them and can be rude in how they assist. For now, I won't name, names because it's obvious. Just know that if you are the only one I see on the floor because the cashiers are busy, it only makes sense to ask the least busiest person I see. Don't get me wrong, cashiers do not always greet customer even when it's not busy and if they are, they're not sounding very sincere (unless they're new.) However, mgrs should set the example and this lack of customer service modeling obviously extends to the pharmacy employees too based on these other reviews.

Pharmacy is ghetto AF. Worst customer service. Pharmacist "Frank" will hang up on you if you try to verify or ask questions on a med.

This place is , ridiculous, I ordered online. They said my products were all in stock. They sent me an email to pick it up. A product was not in stock. I asked them if I could simply replace it with a different color same identical product. They told me that they could not do that, because even though it showed they were charging me on my card already charged me the full amount telling me that they couldn’t do it because they would be giving me A product for free? I didn’t quite understand that. They told me I could make a completely different order when I tried that it said I had to spend more money because I hadn’t spent enough to get a pick up order which I said was ridiculous. Then they said I could cancel this and re-order but they wouldn’t give me my refund until a week later so instead of spending $20 they wanted me to spend 40. This store is absolutely insane. People need to be able to think on their own. They seem to say corporate won’t let them do it well, guess what there’s certain things you have to do for a customer that corporate probably would OK you just have to have the balls in order to take the initiative and do it.

This location pharmacy receives ALOT of business from my daughters who is special needs medications. The pharmacist that was on duty refused to do my Covid vaccination because it was 35 minutes before they went on lunch break. No customers were n the drive thru & no customers were waiting in line to be seen. They had 4 techs including himself doing absolutely nothing. This is unacceptable

Always have what I need. The workers are always friendly. Photo department is great and fast. Their shelves are always stocked and look clean and nice.The only issue I've had was with the pharmacy, my fiance went to pick up multiple ready prescriptions and they said they didn't fill one because they didn't think his insurance would cover it(news flash it did) but they still chose to leave it out and we had to sit and wait for it to be filled.

I had 2 prescriptions to pick up. I opted for delivery since I was feeling so bad. Long story short, the app charged my card and shows out for delivery but it never got here. 2 days later I went to the pharmacy and was more or less told, oh well. I started using walgreens because CVS had such bad customer service. Now this at Walgreens. Screw them all.

Bad. I went to pick up my prescription when it was ready and didn't realize my insurance wasn't accepted here. So I called the CVS across the street to have them transferred there. They said they would call Walgreens. 5 hours later I called CVS again and was told they didn't have anything yet and they and would call again. 2 hours later I came to the CVS and they called Walgreens in front of me because they hadn't sent it yet. Walgreens told them they didn't have anything for me there. Ridiculous how it was ready for pick up yesterday... It wasn't until I pushed back a little that it was magically found and sent to CVS.

Pharmacy has been great since the location on I-35 closed, but I’m transferring to HEB due to Walgreens’ stance on mifepristone.

This store needs to be updated. It looks old and smells old, especially the bathroom. Prefer to shop elsewhere.
