There is a reason this place has a low review and it’s for good reason. The workers in there seem dense, give out false info, and lack empathy. Go to universal cities post office if you can, it’s a much nicer post office

I'm not one to argue but I don't understand everytime we get a certified mail delivered cause they need our signature to release it, NO ONE SHOWS! We have cameras installed outside and no postal person ever shows up at the front door. Like today, we are home and didn't hear or saw no notification of anyone coming to the front door. Just because there a car or no cars doesn't mean there no one at the house and I'm hoping it's not postal just being lazy. It's very annoying.

If I could give this post office a 0 rating I would!!!! Beyond frustrated with the mail service I been getting for over 3 years. I have Received not one but three green vacant slips and my mail put on hold due to laziness of my post man or woman. Spoke to a manager to correct the problem but still keeps happening. Will be filling a complaint.

I went in to do a change of address. I had to go back to the post office four times. “Manny” needs to go back to training. Such a waste of time all because they did not know what they were doing. I’d give them no stars if that was an option.

Waiting on mailbox keys (placed on monday and was suppose to take 2 days to make), they said they would hold our mail there. I even left a note on deliveries to be sent to my front door. They have been leaving it in the mailbox we have no access to. My medication and necessities are melting/going bad in there because no one is doing what they said what they would do. Tried to go in person and was told to wait for the mailbox keys. Going to keep annoying them until either the keys are made or they grab my mail.

Postal delivery drivers were looked at with so much respect. Man the good ol days. Now they don’t even wear uniforms. Such a disgrace and it shows in their service. Got notified package was in parcel box. Go look….Nothing!! Doesn’t surprise me since it’s like the 100th time. And the excuse is always, regular driver wasn’t working. Ordered my daughter her fav jersey. She just had brain surgery. Wanted to surprise her, NOPE!!! Incompetent idiot delivery driver didn’t deliver it or left it in the wrong parcel box. Tired of these freakin morons. They suck. Yeah I said it because they deserve to hear it. What a fall from grace the USPS is nowadays

Our mail boxes were broken into over a month ago. Still waiting on USPS to fix it. Staff couldn't give me a straight answer as to when it will be fixed. Very inconvenient. Escondido Creek.

Awful post office someone broke into my mailbox, took forever to re-fix it. I had to go every day to get my mail. Wait in line. I just received a package key was left in mailbox with no number on it and it doesn’t fit to any boxes so I can’t get my package it is just a blank key. Awful post office talking about converse post office don’t know about any other ones

Went in to post office to submit request for keys to new home. Waiting patiently for a week n nothing. Went back to post office to find no request was ever submitted. So frustrating. Returned again to pick up mail request to be held a week ago. Still no keys. No record of request for keys or Mail to be held. Mail is not being held. This is ridiculous no one is held accountable for NOT doing their job. Gov. Services at its finest

Went to my apt mailbox to check mail. My Styrofoam medication box was in a mailbox instead of being delivered to my front door. The cold packs were warm so who knows when that was delivered! Wasted expensive meds, thanks!!!!
