The staff here are nice, but the apartments have roaches. Two days before we moved in we were told during a walk through they saw two roaches and asked if we still wanted to move in. Unfortunately we had no where else to go because we moved from out of the country, we didn’t have anymore money to extend our Airbnb because we put down on the apartment already and knew they weren’t going to refund us immediately. Once we moved in there were more than two roaches and now we have to pay almost $5000 to break the lease because we refuse to stay and let our stuff get infested. They’re unwilling to waive the break lease fee, and the pest control isn’t making them any better. I don’t recommend these apartments due to the roaches, the flies, weird bug bites, dog poop everywhere and the neighbors can sometimes be very loud.

They are excessively expensive an really want your application fee. They have a racial quota for residents.

I have lived here 5 years. I have had my conveyer stolen off my car twice. People trying the apartment door people who use to live above me throw their dog bags full of poop in a tree because they don't want to throw it away properly. Cracks down the walls. When my upstairs neighbor water heater busted water came down the walls , paint peeling my doors will not close due to shifting concrete. Bugs coming underneath door. So many spider eggs in the breeze way that will hatch soon. A man here had all four tires and rims stolen 3 weeks ago at least they were nice enough to put them on center blocks. Another neighbor tried to get insurance for his car and was refused due to the crime rate here.These apartments were nice. I have watched 2 family's in cars come and use the pool. Another used their storage and had his tools stolen, then they went from unit to unit stealing. We need security. We also pay for the trash people to pick up the dumpster to dump it. People look at your bill. Rent keeps going up. Have asked about the cracks nothing. Yes this was nice. Courtney is great. Bur management has yet to take care of matters. We pay alot here and feel like we live in the projects.

I love where we live! Courtney in the office is the best! She came personally once to help me on a weekend with a non-emergency issue. Our maintenance is great! My washer recently broke, and they came by during a time that worked for me and took care of it. I truly love living here! I have zero complaints!

I love living here. Management staff is so nice and if any issues arise they are quick to fix them. Everyone on staff has been amazing. If you are looking for a great place to live, I 100% recommend it here

Ever since we moved into this facility, our dryer has been broken and it’s still broken till now very bad. It’s one of the amenities that we’re paying for.!!!!

I don’t recommend this property roaches and other bugs are in the apartment. Pest control treatment does not work and pest control does not come out all the time when they say they will. Hall ways are always filthy, I was told upon move in hallways would be power washed it never happened. Walls are super thin you can hear every step neighbors take. Maintenance is heavy delayed. Nothing in the apartment is up to date. Overall the complex is just dirty. Valet trash misses days from time to time.

I visited this property two weeks ago and met with Courtney who was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very hospitable. I visited two apartments and settled on one. I was happy to be able to actually view the apartment I would move into rather than a model. The apartment is spacious especially for one person. I move in today and hope this is a great experience.

I've lived here since late 2021. The staff has always been super helpful whenever I've needed anything. They've worked with me on payments when issues came up. There's never been generic apartment nonsense. All the maintenance guys are awesome and friendly which is always better. All my issues get fixed quickly and I'm not having to hound the office staff all the time to get them done.
