Went to get gas and the hose fell off and almost hit me in the head. Staff didn't say anything other than, "Sorry, great management."

I know for a fact this Shell station is open 24 hrs however I took my daughter this morning to this store at 3 am 6-4-23 she needed to get some gatoraid due to dehydration health issues and the staff (2 ladies) we’re standing outside smoking and told her “not now” so we went to QT down the road.

I have no complaints so far. I do get gas here from time to time. And also, due to the fact, I'm a rewards member. Whenever I'm going into the store itself, it is always clean and I'm always greeted when I enter.
