Place is trash! Put $5 in and got “non cash value” tokens to start machine. Come to find out there was only water. No soap or any cleaner. I then went into another bay and same thing. Now I’m stuck with “tokens”.

Total trash. Foam brush hose was broken. Soap doesn't dispense from sprayer. Place is open but looks abandoned. Rip off.

Here in there it depends who they hire to clean your cars sometimes they don’t even vacuum the inside sometimes I don’t any vacuum the trunk and clean the glass right I see the best one that I’ve been to in San Antonio will be off of Austin Highway I’ve never had anything negative out of that situation there

I recently took my 2020 Silverado to the FM 78 location and there was a scratch along the length of the passenger side. The scratch was not there before. I noticed it after I drove my vehicle home. I immediately took it back and spoke with a manager. They tried to buff it out without success. The manager wasn’t rude, but not helpful either. It’s going to cost $2350 to repair it. My son did some research on ALL Washtubs here in San Antonio and they ALL have a 1 star rating with numerous complaints. I hope nothing like this ever happens to anyone else and they will no longer have my business

What I just drove off with from here. I brought it up and pointed out my rims still being dirty and still took my car home like this. I was already pressed for time so couldn’t wait for a second time for my car to be properly cleaned. Definitely can do better than this.
