Something is always broken or out of stock. The floor is always sticky with some spilled drink. Small things like utensils and lids for cups are always missing. I love QT but this location has been a huge disappointment since it opened

I was in at 5:30 this morning. There was an older guy, customer, at the counter. He was in there chatting up the staff who were so busy working. I could tell the staff were a bit annoyed with him. But they were so kind to him. He would never know they just wanted him to get what he needed and leave. He seemed to know the staff by name. I was super impressed by their patience with this man. Who knows what he’s really going through in life. Those QT employees on duty put a smile on his face. And seemed to bring him joy this morning. I love the vibe today! Great job guys!!!

I was able to get In-N-Out pay for my gas and get a drink quickly. Which is what I like. I definitely enjoy the store. As it is clean and well kept

Great Gas Station. Love Coming Here The Most Out Of Any Gas Station In Converse. But They NEVER HAVE THE SWEET OR UNSWEET BLACK RASPBERRY TEA HARDLY EVER MADE!! Wishing Could Just Buy The Bags My Self And Make It At Home Lol

We absolutely love QT and we knew we had to come to it's grand opening. I look forward to stopping here when needed as I know their restrooms are always clean and I can get my freshly made unsweet tea!

Every Time I come here their coke frosty machine is frozen up and it can't dispense the frosty . The other flavors are always available . This is very annoying. I always have to drive down too the Kirby QT .

They've been open for what, 2 months? I bought one of their QT bottled teas because their tea dispensers are ALWAYS empty. Took one swig and spat it out immediately, because apparently it expired in march before this store even opened. I gave them one more chance and bought a simply apple bottled apple juice. When I got home I discovered mold growing in it. Not surprising because everything in converse is a dump. QT in universal city is good. Shame on the management of this location. Do better.

My family and I were excited that this QT was being built and would check their progress every time we passed by while under construction. Unfortunately, we have been there several times since they opened and customer service is very hit or miss- mainly miss. We've gotten some insincere sounding greetings and farewells. It's to the point where we don't respond anymore. Normally, this is something we'd consider rude, but it sounds so forced, with no smile and no looking at us either. This also extends to the kitchen staff where one employee who normally works in that area looks absolutely miserable when handing us our order. It's so uncomfortable when this happens and this store just opened for this to be occurring already. QT is otherwise our preferred convenience store of choice as their selection of items is a big draw.

I went to QT on 5/20/23 around 9pm with my kiddos. They were looking for a certain bag of chips and couldn’t find it. I didn’t get her name (I’m sure they can look it up on the schedule), but the young lady at the register was very helpful, assertive, and polite in trying to help them look for it. Might not be a big deal to some, but that type of simple work ethic/effort is not seen as much anymore.
