“We did not have any problems with this uhaul location. The owner was supper nice when we returned the truck.
We did have hudge issues with uhuals customer service! They left us stranded at 3 am on the lot trying to figure out our rental for an hour. This had nothing to do with the owner. I know next time to call ahead and make sure everything is ready to go and not just rely on what uhaul says. They also offered compensation and nothing has been done yet.”

Unfortunately, she had a lot of water damage to her things, and it was definitely a disappointing and difficult situation. He quickly afforded assistance and called mngmnt to get the number for her insurance claim. He was kind, prompt, and definitely put my concerns to rest! AWESOME EMPLOYEE!!!”
