We were helped by a very friendly and accommodating young person named Ervee, sorry if I spelled your name wrong! Ervee made suggestions regarding the size of the boxes to help consolidate and save on costs. Ervee has a lovely disposition, patient, kind and helpful. As I entered the store I was greeted by Rachel and Yvette! They have the most beautiful smiles and greeted all customers and were very patient and knowledgeable about all products!
My day started very rocky I was headed to UPS but something said no go to FedEx and I’m so glad I did! It’s the smallest gestures like these both of these ladies deserve a raise. They represent the companies so well that I watch how they treat all Customers!
