“The staff at this place is beyond amazing! They are always helpful, friendly and welcoming. I come here often to drop off large quantities of mail on behalf of my mother for her business and these guys are patient with me everytime. I greatly appreciate it and I can’t say enough of these guys.

“This young guy helped me today when I went in I didnt catch his name but he had glasses short hair and black polish. There was a guy was a wait in line but as I waited I heard him greeting customers in a very polite manner and he even helped the people physically when they didn’t know what to do. I also only waited like 5 mins in line he was pretty fast.”
“I had years of accumulatied stuff and a way to hide it! I could never find what I needed & had a nagging guilt that I should donate or sell things I really didn't need. Esmi and her staff came in and made me realize a better way of living and I am truly grateful! So is my family! Highly, highly recommend., you get what you pay for sometimes. “I usually don’t leave reviews for public institutions but I had a great experience getting my passport renewed here. Everyone was patient, efficient, helpful and friendly. I had to wait about an hour to get my passport renewed but that was expected since I didn’t make an appointment.”

Carrie (sp?) listened to my concerns about not being able to obtain my mailbox keys. Later that day, I found them under my door mat. “I didn't have a mailbox key.
They said it could take two weeks to get a new one. Enrique Quezada, the mail carrier, took my problem into his hands. After two days, he delivered three mailbox keys to my door
He was very kind and helpful.

“Been here several times and it's one of my favorite post offices. There are normally two women who work here and they always have smiles on their faces and work efficiently. When I say there is never a line there is practically never a line. The longest I have seen was three people. My items are scanned that day.”

“First time sending gifts out since moving to Texas this year, and they helped me with all my questions and were so nice about it. They even helped make sure it wouldn't get damaged at all in the transit. I was in and out pretty quickly.”
“The staff are always kind and helpful when I come in. The line moves relatively quickly and they’re always very thorough and communicative about my options for anything. Not sure why they have such a low rating but hopefully this bumps it up as I prefer this location!”
“I've had to visit this annex twice so far concerning packages related to my mother's passing. The staff has been very polite and helpful.On a side note, i have noticed that postal workers here are far more happier and better at the customer service aspect of their jobs than those in Albuquerque.You all must treat them right for them to so jovial! Postal workers deserve our respect. So don't forget to say 'hi' once in a while to your local postal carrier.”

“Mary and Jmarie Friday 6 minutes before close were eagerly helping me with my passport application and make sure I got it right. She spot me Stick the wrong label on the envelope and just save my day for the important documents. They also open on Saturdays. Thank you for keeping helpfulness and cheerful staff that don't kick me out or nasty about anything. Love my post office”
“This is for the person who helped me, NOT the office itself. I have had issues with this post office for years. The woman at the front is always rude, slow, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. The line is always outrageous and people complain. Today, I walked in and the line was moving which I thought was odd. I got to the front and a nice man named Dion was at the window. Let me tell you, the difference in service was wonderful. He made a trip that I usually dread so pleasant. Hopefully this service continues.”
