I went to get my A/C fixed on a Friday hot afternoon. I was helped by an older hispanic guy with glasses, a very sarcastic individual. But I like to joke and have a sense of humor, so it was fine. Anyway, I pulled up to get my A/C looked at, and he immediately stated, "It will be 100 dollars to diagnosis." So I asked " what does that mean"! He said" he'll hook it up to the machine it'll take about an hour." He then stated that " If the freon needed to be fill that comes with the 100 dollars as well. And that if it was a leak the machine would let me know."! So I asked how much more that would be. He said nothing because he would fill it up. I sat in the lobby and noticed that the sign says A/C STARTING at 85 dollars. I didn't say anything. So I went back out it wasn't running cold so he says it was the fuse. I had by own fuses so we changed it. It started blowing cool. By Tuesday it back blowing hot!!! Not to mention I gave him a 20 dollar tip. Bad customer service and I would never recommend anybody go there!! EVER!! EDIT: I KNOW I HAVE THE RIGHT SHOP BECAUSE I PAID WITH MY CHIME CARD AND MY RECEIPT SAYS 123.00. AT THIS LOCATION SHALL I COME BY TO SHOW YOU IN PERSON? Correction 124.00. I'm a hard working single mother there's NOTHING to gain from lying on you or this company!!! As you can see by my reviews of 918,000 I give props where props is due!! And yes all 918,000 will see this!! Have a blessed day!!

Nail in the tire on old Seguin Rd, saturday afternoon! in and out in 10 minutes for $15, Discount tire had a 3 hours wait, Walmart 1hour and a half..TY

I needed a whole new tire and rim change plus a new tire before my out of town trip. Let me just say...this place was amazing. I give it 4 instead of 5 only for the fact that the employees weren't too inviting. But the over all experience was amazing. I was in and out in no time and the prices were better than what I was getting told else where. Spent $175 less AND I got 2 NEW tires. Definitely recommend this place for any maintenance needed on your tires.

Good quick service. I liked they checked their own replacement tires for leaks. Slight variation in tread wear when 2 tires replaced though.

You pay for what you get. Cheap tire installation comes with body damage. Use at your own risk.

To the ...I am moses lady that is apparently miserable and from reviews she gives obviously can't be happy. Wants self entitlement and everybody's rude! Lmao..except her? Been years paying same price. Smh ... inflation ! Maybe? Go to grocery store and tell them for years it's always this price! Idiot! Nothing wrong w this tireshop, you're not owed anything and get off the phone and take care of business and move along cause nobody likes a that waffle. Work on your self ..deff not perfect!

When it comes to tire repair, efficiency, customer and quality service, this establishment made all the difference. The mechanics did a fantastic job fixing my tire promptly despite the challenge of two nails. I definitely would recommend this shop to others.

I have been coming here for years, since relocating to Texas! I have never been treated rudely until today! The price I usually pay, was different today, I explained that to the guy DANIEL! He got upset. Once he returned with store receipt, he tossed it towards me saying “sign this” very aggressively! I was on the phone and said “yeah, I won’t be coming back here again!”. Mr. Daniel decides to include himself in my conversation, and yells at me saying “DON’T COME BACK!!!” That was unnecessary, and rude, as I was not talking to him at all. Won’t be back!Thanks for the times that I did receive exceptional service from other employees.

Fantastic customer service from the woman and man who helped us our tire size is hard to find so im very thankful that they had our tire and even went out of their way to let us know of an existing issue with the threads we had done at a shotty mechanics overall fantastic service and great prices for tire i just bought (:
