Friendly customer service. I went to have some links removed from a watch that I purchased elsewhere, and she did a great job. Reasonably priced. I'm glad I found this place because I have other jewelry needs.Highly recommend!

I needed an extra link on my watch but couldn't find the original links. Magda added a very similar link and got my watch to fit same day. Price was reasonable and will be back for future watch repairs.

I searched all over town for a jeweler that could repair my frameless eye-glasses. Magda has access to a Lazer soldering device and fixed my glasses and less than eighteen hours.She has been here for over 16 years and provides outstanding service.Thank-you Magda

She is so sweet, communicative and quick! I had my engagement ring resized and 2 diamonds replaced, its absolutely beautiful and perfect! Definitely need to go back and check out the rest of her store ☺️

I started to ask if they could replace the battery in my watch. My call got put on hold then immediately hung up on before receiving a clarified answer. I had to call them back and the lady either lied about dropping the call or was completely oblivious their line hung up.Either way, if a business can't even be forth coming about something so basic and literally saving face, I do not trust them as a business.

Wow! This place is still in business? She’s a thief! I reported her to the Better Business Bureau! She asked me to bring her my non-working antique mantel clock, said she had a friend that would fix it. I never saw it again! Went by time after time to inquire and got lie after lie! Eventually, I stopped going. I should have reported her to the police! But, I got busy with work and life. Do not leave anything you value with her! My guess is that she sold it! Like, I said, THIEF!

What a nightmare!! Take your jewelry somewhere else!!!!!! Husband bought me this beautiful ring for Valentine’s. Didn’t fit it was too big. So we took it this shop. Worst decision we ever made! They told us they could size it correctly which they did. But they ruined the diamonds on the side of the ring. We picked it up and noticed there were 2 small pieces of diamond broken and not there. All you saw were 2 small holes where the diamonds once were. So we called them immediately and they refused to fix it. So I called and complained and she decided to fix it. THEY BOTCHED THE JOB! 3 week later this is how my ring looks! I wouldn’t be surprised if they switched my stone out for a cheap one. My ring has not been the same and I should sue them for what they did to my ring. Worst place ever. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Beware!
