Had flu -A waited anhour to hand in paper prescription which was awful, BUT they filled my prescription by the time I got in the car and drank some tea! Sooooo fast and xofluza was expensive at other pharmacies, so thank you all in the back for getting me out quickly!

Had called in a medicine for pickup. Quick turnaround time. In fact, I got the call to pick up my meds this morning, 7Dec2023, around 0800am, and proceeded to the BX Pharmacy. Got there around 0815am. There was no one in line, and it took less than five minutes to get my medicine and head back on my way to work. Fast and efficient service.

We’re an Army family, have been stationed at 6 different bases with lots of experiences with military and civilian pharmacies. This place is WONDERFUL! They are so friendly, kind and willing to help!! Customer service is great and they are efficient so you aren’t waiting forever. Previous reviews state issues that addressed if you call their number that is listed. I have zero complaints. Literally one of the best!

Here on Wednesday morning to pick up prescription And they are closed. However the web site shows they open at 7:30 on Wednesday. But they are closed for training. Thanks for letting me drive through rush hour traffic for no reason. How about updating your website. Get in the real world Air Force!!

I live in New Braunfels drive to pick up my.med refill which a text sent indicated were ready. Both pharmacy and clinic pharmacies closed. Currently their website they say they are open. Thanks for wasting my gas. Better communication via website or inclusion in text would be appreciated!

Dropped off my prescription on Monday, (called all week and couldn’t get a hold of them) finally get a text 10 minutes before closing on Thursday that it was ready for pick up, Friday on my lunch break I drive over to pick it up and low an behold without any notification or word at all there’s a sign on the building that they closed today at 11am. Was forced to go to the er because I was completely out of the medication and could have suffered life threatening withdrawals. Absolutely disgusting. Would be zero stars if it allowed me.
