Hi, I ordered shampoo that was on sale online. Clerk was great. Normally, put in locker for pick up. Since I am disabled and have difficulty walking, brought to my car. Thanks

I originally had a negative customer service experience at this location and left a review detailing the incident. However, after speaking with DM, Apryl, I feel like my concern has been addressed with care and I consider it now resolved. She is beyond outstanding at conflict resolution and it made all the difference in how in how I view Dollar General as a whole. I understand employees are not robots and no one's perfect, so I'm really hoping it was just an isolated event that doesn't reoccur. It's just refreshing to know that if it does, I know my concern will be handled appropriately. ?9/16/22- I just need to avoid this location. Customer service lacks and I decided it's not worth the stress of reporting if it will just continue.

I went looking for an item on 8/31/ 2022 that showed it was in stock on the Dollar General app and after looking for it in the store it was not in stock as stated. I asked an associate that was stocking merchandise at the time thinking she may have it on her cart and she was so rude. I was shocked by her tone of voice that I just walked out. Working with the public is not for her .

Beyond rude management!!! I witnessed an incident that had me speechless. where a female manager's unprofessionalism was on full display in a way I've never seen before. It was also such a minor situation too. As someone who works at retail, it was embarrassing to see how the staff here was trained.

Convenient location. Keeps me from having to go to the larger stores as often as they do have most everything. The store is clean and organized, the employees are nice and helpful.
