This isn’t the first time I’ve had rude and uncaring Service by the techs in the pharmacy. What happened to the great help that used to be there? Today I called for a transfer of a prescription and was told I had to call the other store that he couldn’t help me because he was preoccupied! Very sad customer service. I will not be back to the Kittyhawk location

The pharmacist Alex is top rate for me. He always has a smile on his face no matter what. He is always willing to help with any issues with medication. I went into the pharmacy Wed. 04-17 Pharmacy tech Nathan helped me out with an issue with one of my medication and gave Mr grate advise for my next refill.. I love my Kitty Hawk CVS. Awesome job!

We have gone here several times, giving them chance after chance to help us with prescriptions. I am convinced this place no longer wants to operate this year. Lack of customer service has forced me to switch to a different pharmacy.

If you have tons of time to waste waiting on a prescription, come here. If you don't have unlimited time go somewhere else. What a weird place. No wonder everyone relies on Amazon and Costco.

Horrible customer service, the lady in the drive thru with glasses is very rude and has no sense of communication. This pharmacy is the absolute worst! Once they gave me my daughters medicine unmixed she could have died because of them being so careless with what medication they give out!!!!BE CAREFUL!!!! I RATE A 0 !

Many mixed messages from texts we get from CVS! They are always changing the dates of when our medication will be ready. Many times they are out of the medication. Pharmacist seems stressed out. I think they need to hire more pharmacists. HEB is a lot easier to deal with. They answer the phone and have more staff.

I went to pick up an order for my client. The pharmacy didn't even inform me that the clients order wasn't complete! Good thing I was paying attention! The Nebulizer is what was missing. When I brought it to the pharmacist attention. He tells me we don't have one. That was that. Didn't offer to call another store NOTHING. Tells I could try HEB

shut this place down, called to speak to pharmacy , not one person picked up- was on hold for 19 minutes before i hung up. 19 MINUTES!
